We've been at this gym for about 3 years now, and it's honestly become our second home. My daughter started out just taking tumbling classes, and with the support and coaching she's received, she's worked her way up to an elite team. Watching her confidence and skills grow has been amazing. The coaches genuinely care about the athletes and push them to be their best while still being encouraging. The staff has always been friendly and helpful whenever we've had questions or needed anything. The facility is clean, spacious, and has plenty of room for the athletes to train. If I had to mention a couple of downsides, the parent room can get a little crowded during busy practice times, and parking isn't always the easiest. But honestly, those are pretty minor compared to the overall experience we've had. Like any competitive cheer gym, not every family is going to have the same experience. Competitive sports can bring out a lot of emotions, and sometimes you'll see negative reviews from people who are disappointed about placements, team decisions, or other situations. That's true at almost every gym. I can only speak from our own experience, and ours has been overwhelmingly positive. Three years later, we're still here, my daughter loves coming to practice, and we've never regretted choosing this gym. We're excited to see what the future holds. read more

Fierce All Star Cheer has been an incredible experience for our family and has been our home for the last five years. I absolutely love this gym!! The owners and coaches are amazing!! I remember walking in the doors and speaking with Ms. Michelle she was so kind and my daughter expressed wanting to win Jamz Nationals and Ms. Michelle told her if she worked hard she could definitely do it here, season 2 she won!! Paid $10 each to see the showcase. Waited 1 1/2 hours in the rain! Poorly planned events! Not ADA friendly! Very dangerous for grandparents to attend. People standing in front of people in the chairs we couldn't see anything! Waste of money and time! No one monitoring people being inconsiderate and standing in front of people who have to sit. Need to rent a bigger facility or break groups up smaller. Blocked off disabled parking with caution tape! Only care about the mighty buck! Very disappointing! read more

My family joined Fierce in 2009 and it was the best decision we could have made. The coaches and staff care for each kid/family and treat them as if they're their own. They not only help kids develop their athletic skills at a safe and appropriate pace - they teach lifelong lessons of teamwork, good sportsmanship, and that if you work hard and trust the process you can reach your goals. We have made life long friends with this organization and unforgettable memories. The gym is a second home to my family as it is to a lot of girls. This gym has the worst customer service. My daughter has not attended the gym for 3 months and they keep charging me. No one returns my calls. The competitive team that had practice during my daughter's class was so rude. They would take her things and moved them from where she put them. I personally talked to the owner and I continue to be charged. I was warned about this gym by many moms, but I always want to verify myself. Unfortunately, my experience has not been a good one. read more

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The front desk woman is by far the most condescending woman I have ever met. She speaks to you as if above you and throws these backhand gestures and comments. My family had won multiple vouchers from her elementary school, and I had to continue to make sure that the vouchers could be used. It took me numerous calls to finally give me a call. I called countless times prior with no response. It took me needing to go in and ask about these vouchers. When asked how my 3-year-old did, as I have two daughters, I want to register. Coaches said she did great. I asked nicely, did she listen? Was she following the rules? Was she behaving? Somewhat yes was their answer. When asked if I could speak to them again, the woman in the front said, "Well, I am not pulling them out for a parent conference. Well, you should if I am handing you over money every month. my daughter went here for awhile, absolutely awful. coaches were screaming and yelling at them, sometimes it would be 100° and they would only be allowed one small water break. When they had to do splits they would always be pushed down and almost start crying. This is borderline child abuse. read more

Big enough to house everyone, the seating allows all parents to view the practice behind glass windows. A TV to keep kids occupied and decent parking make this a pretty great gym. Lots of private lessons and clinics are available. FML stands for Fierce my Life. read more

It's an okay of a place, I wasn't too impressed & my daughter didn't love it so we moved on after a month. Waiting room is super hot & cramped so not pleasant for the parent who has to sit there and wait. The view for the tumbling class is poor so that was a bummer. read more

I had my daughters at Fierce for 4 years and it was the worst experience I've ever had, the only reason we stayed was because my girls were trying to be loyal to their coach and their gym. Although the majority of the staff/coaches were doing their best, it was not the case with the owner of the gym Shelby. Her main interest was the team she coached. She made exceptions for certain girls who did not have the required skills for that level which was based on her application process, to be on her team. She played favorites to those in her inner circle. For anyone participating in this sport, you understand how expensive it can be, And for the most part, she was patient with me in regards to payments, although when I questioned overpayments it was difficult to speak with her let alone meet with her, there is still a pending $400 overpayment she has avoided discussing and I have the emails to prove her lack of response, its been almost 2 years. But if I owed her money I would receive constant phone calls and threats. Shelby would not get involved in issues the teams had.On my daughters team there was a group of girls who were bullying the rest of the team, she did nothing. These girls were friends with my daughters, but when my daughters stood up to them the bullying turned towards them. It was so bad and spilt onto social media, one particular girl was so nasty, I asked the team mom.to put me in contact with her parents, it never happened...I notified the coaches, other parents and of course Shelby... nothing was done. I'm not the only one with these type of experiences and I do not recommend her gym at all.if you choose to participate in her gym I wish you a better experience than I had. To this day still waiting to hear back from her about the money she may owe me...but I'm not holding my breath. I gave it a star only because I was forced too by yelp..... read more

I spent thousand of dollars and years at another gym and my daughter still couldn't tumble. I decided to pull her and try out Fierce. Best decision I've ever made. Trained for a year and was able to make a level 3 team her first year after being on a sideline cheer team where they don't use the same skills. I wish I could give ZERO stars. There was recently an incident where the coaches yelled at the girls after a performance that they felt was subpar, and then told the girls NOT TO TELL THEIR PARENTS about the incident. I can only imagine the other emotional abuse the girls have been through. Makes me sick. I don't care who you are or what the reason, it is NEVER ok for another adult/authority figure to say or do anything to my child and then tell them not to tell their parent about it. If you care about the emotional well being of your child, DO NOT SEND THEM HERE. read more
