I'm sharing this feedback with the hope that it can help improve the experience for all players…read more Our experience with the club had some positives, but there were also areas that could benefit from growth, particularly in coaching approach and player support. At times, the coaching style felt very intense, and some feedback came across as discouraging rather than constructive. Players were occasionally compared to other teams, which seemed to affect confidence instead of motivating improvement. Encouragement and positive reinforcement felt limited, even when the girls were putting in effort. A more balanced approach, recognizing progress while still providing guidance could make a big difference in building both skill and confidence. There were also moments where players seemed to struggle emotionally after practices. A little more compassion and support during those times could help create a more positive and encouraging environment for young athletes. It sometimes felt like more attention was given to the club's top teams, which may leave other players feeling overlooked. Additionally, there appeared to be some preference toward returning players, which can be discouraging for those still finding their place. For the cost of the program, we had hoped for a more consistently supportive and developmental experience for all athletes. This club may be a great fit for highly competitive players, but for those looking for a more encouraging and confidence-building environment, there may be areas to consider. Age group 15-16 high school age. Most of the girls just want to get better or perhaps play in college. So I was disappointed at the end of the season. We pushed thru because we don't quit what we started. I would of wished I would of chosen a better club coaches that were a bit kinder. It cost nothing to be the difference. The fit coach was amazing I left one whole star for her!! I truly hope this feedback is taken constructively, as every player deserves to feel supported, valued, and motivated to grow.

After three years with Forza1 North, we've decided not to return. We stayed as long as we did…read morebecause we kept hoping each season would be better, but unfortunately our experience never improved. Our biggest disappointment was the coaching. Over the years we experienced inconsistent coaching, and our final season was especially discouraging. Practices were frequently cancelled, and many of the practices that did happen felt more like open gym than structured training. During tournaments, our coach spent most of the day sitting down and did not appear to scout opposing teams or actively coach until our final elimination match. Our team, was supposed to participate in out of state tournaments but was treated more like a "regional" level team with only one out of state tournament, in which, coach was completely checked out watching "Love Island" on their phone. One of the most frustrating aspects was the apparent lack of oversight and support for the lower-level teams (local, regional, and national). In three years, we never saw the club director attend our practices or matches. It gave us the impression that the developmental teams received very little attention or mentoring, they are just the money makers. We expected more from one of the most expensive clubs in the area. We never brought our concerns directly to the director because we genuinely worried it could negatively affect our child's experience on the court. Whether that concern was justified or not, it's unfortunate that we felt uncomfortable providing honest feedback during the season. We witnessed retaliation in the past. This review isn't intended to discourage families from joining Forza1 North, as I'm sure many players have positive experiences, particularly on the higher-level teams (1a team). My goal is simply to provide another perspective for parents considering the club. If you're investing thousands of dollars in club volleyball, it's important to know that the experience may vary significantly depending on the team your athlete is placed on. For our family, the value simply wasn't there, and we felt it was time to move on.

This was the worst managed team I have ever seen. The 14U coaches (Danny Williams and Mr Sayor) did…read morethe boys the worst service. Danny Williams doubles as the President of Pop Warner Rancho, so all the other coaches are afraid of him and they let Danny Williams be the head coach. Examples of lack of management/class/Leadership: 1) no offensive playbook until the 2nd or 3rd game. We practiced all of August....had games the first weeks of September and no playbook until the 6th week of the Season. Our Offense had no idea what to do and it was just schoolyard/backyard ball at its finest. 2) Practices were NEVER kept per the schedule. They kept changing the practice schedule week to week, and the night before. As a working parent, to have a set schedule going into the Season, and then to have that schedule change week to week and day to day put and incredible strain on family life, and shows zero respect for the parents, the kids, discipline, and time management. 3) Coach Williams cancelled a Monday night practice because the Dallas Cowboys were playing Monday night football. Coach Williams is a BIG Cowboys fan. Again, zero discipline, and how Coach Williams comes before the kids. 4) the offense would practice and the defense would stand and watch; or Defense would practice and offense would stand around and watch. Special teams would practice and everyone else would stand around and watch. WORST TIME MANAGEMENT 5) Team never had the correct number of players on the field during games. They routinely were missing 1-2 players. I get it....1-2 times.....but it happened 2-3 times per game....EVERY GAME. 6) Coach Sayor had very poor class. Yelling at the other teams players that they were "scared" and "afraid". I have never seen a Coach go after the other teams players before....when they are 12 and 13yrs old. 7) There was a time when practice was routinely cancelled for all sorts of reasons, but a group of about 10 kids decided to still show-up and practice because they wanted to be prepared for the game, instead of continuing to get their butts beat. These 10 kids showed up to practice and the practice was lead by parents. Coach Williams showed up to, but since practice was officially cancelled, he decided to NOT coach these 10 kids at all. He decided to do field maintenance and leave the kids on their own. THAT WAS THE THEME FOR THE ENTIRE SEASON, THE KIDS WERE ON THEIR OWN. If you want you child to learn about Leadership, Honor, Commitment, Class, Sportsmanship, discipline, time management and the game of football......you will go play for another team.

This was my sons first year playing sports. Everything is disorganized an example would be when we…read morewent to go take pics they changed the date the night before. First game canceled . The coach that we had was not qualified (I get it was volunteer) I was team mom and my husband was assistant coach. We were there from conditioning and halfway through the main coach let another coach take charge of the team and he told us he was going to replace us. All the fundraising ideas I had got shutdown and now our banquet funds are being held. Please replace Skylar as the VP and put someone in there who isn't barley old enough to drink and will actually respond back to parents. There are better football leagues out there with way better prices wish I could get the over $200 i paid and for what a crappy jersey that was late and looks rushed and used equipment which has to be returned. They play favorites a lot also like with snack the one women who was on the bored took all the snack days which I don't think is fair we (tiny mites) barley got to do any on days that barley any people were there. The only upside was my son got to play for sofi statism which kinda makes up for everything else but this season really left a bad taste in everyone's mouths
