This place is GHETTO and I mean it. i came here to get the results of a skin test and they weren't even open despite my visit being INSIDE THEIR OFFICE HOURS. i even called less than an hour before I showed up to make sure they were going to be in office. They confirmed that they were going to be open and in office, but when I showed up at 2:59 PM (see attached photo, it's time stamped from my photo app) THEY WERE CLOSED AND DOORS WERE LOCKED. THIS PLACE IS SO TACKY AND SO GHETTO. It's not even a doctors office, it's an old business office. There's no privacy doctors rooms or anything of that nature. Again, this place is bottom of the barrel and so are the staff. Think middle aged tortas with the mentality and job skills of high schoolers. Yikes. If you can, please avoid this place at all costs if and get whatever you need done elsewhere. whatever convenience you think you're doing yourself by coming to this specific location, you will not find it at this location friend. This place is terrible!I called the day before to find out the hours and if I needed to make an appointment for a DOT drug and alcohol screening. They said no appointment was necessary but you have to be here by 11:30 or after 1pm. I went to address that was on the web site but they had moved to a different building.They could have mentioned that but didn't. The place I went to said they don't tell anybody and even had a flyer with the new address. So I get there about 11:25. Sign in then the receptionist comes out a few minutes later and tells me that I have to come back after 1pm because there are 2 ahead of me and it's after11:30 which it wasn't. She had a major attitude when I told her I would have been here earlier if they had told me they moved. So she said that's not our fault and you have to come back after 1pm or you can just go somewhere else. So I said I will go elsewhere. I don't understand the hate in this place. I've been a patient along with my whole family and I mean all my family. My parents my siblings their kids my own kids and my wife. We've all been seen by different providers (Allen is my favorite provider in office) but never less have we gotten poor care by any provider and we've seen Dr Wyman, Madison, Eric, mark, Lyndsey and it's always been a great experience. They did go back to their smaller building not sure why receptionist says because they separated from NHC which I don't care as long as I keep my drs! I don't care about the building. I see a lot of negatively in regards the phones, yes at times it's hard to get through the line but they do answer I've had to go in office because I was out of meds and it's always one young lady in the front with a smile in her face and she's always so helpful and apologetic in regards this and she's so diligent to helping me with any needs I might have. My family and I have relocated to Moreno Valley and we still prefer to stay at rancho. We tried a different clinic near home but appointment are months aways and here I have the peace of mind if my family and I need medical attention well receive it within days if not the same day. If I could give 0 stars I would. The Dr is not the problem but his front desk could use some customer service training to say the least. To get ahold of them you have to call multiple times, messages are not responded too so you have to make sure to get them on the phone first. Once you do get ahold of someone you get thrown around to people until someone can find you answers. Then if they provide you the WRONG information and you follow through and do your part only to find out it's wrong you will get yelled at. I have been provided with the wrong information from the front desk in three different scenarios now, not worth the time, find a place that gives you the patience and time you deserve, I know we live in Banning but you could show some kind of respect for your jobs. read more

Could not even schedule an appointment. Called six times throughout the day and not one answer.

They called me on the day of my scheduled appmnt to tell me Doctor has an emergency cancelation but she would call me back if he can do a virtual meeting since I took the time and effort to request it off work. They didn't call me back. I had to call them several times just to get a hold of anyone at the office. For my rescheduled appmnt, i show up to their new location they gave me. At 264 N. Highland Springs Ave. I had to walk to each unit because the lady never told me which suite. None of the suites have my Doctors name or the company, so I head back to the 835 N Highland Springs Ave ste 300, Beaumont, CA 92223 location just to find a closed office with a sign to go to the new location at 264 N. Highland Springs Ave SUITE 4. I GO BACK and drive there (mind you that the street is busy with construction so I had to make more turns) and the building suite 4 really is closed, no one is there. If I could give negative stars I would. I have never felt so compelled to leave a review. I would urge anyone against going here. It started with no one answering the phone to where I thought I would have to change primary anyway. Then I got through and made an appt with one Dr. last minute it was cancelled and I was rescheduled only to find out that the Dr that walked in was a different Dr. he seemed nice, but didn't have my records or know my full history. No questions asked and by looking at me diagnosed me as healthy. Information I filled out should have warranted maybe doing a blood test or asking more question to gather a baseline as a new patient. I moved to the area and was trying to follow up care where I left off with previous specialist. Gave me referrals, but when I called to get referrals to a couple more we had a phone appt and the seemingly nice Dr was rude and condescending. When I asked for a certain specialist he asked why and if I was going to go. I thought that was an odd thing to say and his behavior seemed cold. I understand people can have bad days, but this turned me off, because I came from a dr I loved who was so patient and kind. I hate going to the doctors as is, and for someone like myself who has a health issue and has been in process of trying to get further answers for some others, I need a primary who is a little more pro-active and kind. Not to mention a staff who you can reach to even get an appt. Took me a couple months before I even got in for first appt. I tried calling again recently to no avail, just rings and rings or someone picks up only to hang up and that was the final straw to make the switch. I strongly discourage anyone from going here as they seem emotionally checked out and no one wants to work. If you want barest of minimum then this place is for you. I have not seen a doctor and I am going to switch again! I have called this place for two days and no one answered the phone you have to leave a message. I go through this every month to get a refill on my BP medication. They never answer the phone, always goes to voice mail and only once have I got a call back. I've been trying to get a hold of someone for a week now and my BP is high, with the poor air quality, has me with a headache. How are you suppose to make an appointment with your doctor if you can't even get through to talk to someone. I've been with them for years now and the service has gotten worse, now it seems they don't care about you or your health if your insurance isn't good enough, they put you on the back burner and you're lucky to get noticed, notified, or able to even make an appointment to be seen. After numerous attempts throughout a busy schedule, and something so simple like a prescription refill, I still haven't had no luck or help and might end up in the hospital. Good luck! read more

If I could give no stars I would My partner had to unfortunately use this office for thier services in which he received NONE even after 2 hours of waiting The receptionist Lisa Castillo and Trinity Gonzales were very unprofessional. Trolling patients that if they want faster services they have to come at 8 rather than getting up to check for wait times or making a patient feel seen when we go to these medical offices for help. Making snarky remarks and laughing while patients are trying to ask about wait times After a 2 hours waiting period the office manager Claudia Serna tried to help us but ultimately only left us with still no services being rendered and only conversation about why patients who had just walked in were being seen letting us know why these patients were coming in. Thats definitely a HIPPA violation I didn't want to know why patients were coming in I was trying to understand why a person whose checked in 2 hours before is still having to wait after people who just walked in. The supervisor Elizabeth is very unprofessional as well when we're talking to the office manager she rudely cuts into the conversation while raising her voice and not to help to make patients feel like it's out fault the office isn't calling in order of which patients are coming in The office manager lied and said she would help my partner only to kick him out and hold onto his identification while He was on the phone with me which is very contradicting Claudia Serna Definitely don't recommend coming here unless you don't care about your personal information being mishandled by and office who can't clearly help patients and violates HIPPA Law read more

Horrible service DO NOT GO HERE. This group has gone completely down the drain in the past year. I have been a patient for 6 years but since my primary moved on and they moved offices the level of patient care has dropped to nil. They will not pick up the phone and they will not return voice mails. This necessitated that I move to another physician's practice. The lack of professionalism is so bad that I had to file a complaint with the Medical Board of CA and they are currently investigating. Horrible experience. Been to Labcorp 2x's now with no lab slips. They gave me 10 referrals all useless. They called me and asked if I did X-rays. They didn't order any or didn't tell me where to go. With over 20 calls to them and insurance I'm switching as soon as possible. After 30 days I have no medication either. I landed up in San G and haven't been followed up since. -5 stars. I am trying to exit this Medical Group and have requested my medical records. I find the staff to be very disrespectful, and inconsiderate. They make excuses for everything. No one wants to be accountable for anything. Once again, I have called, and called leaving messages. It should be very simple, request your medical records, fill out a release........But with them....so and so will have to call you. Nobody calls me, I wait, then I start calling and leaving messages. So today,,,,,lo and behold, I actually got a call back. Sonia tells me "Why do you keep calling? You were supposed to pick up your medical records on Friday" No I told her that was never agreed. I was told to wait for a call from you. She was argumentative and acted disgusted that she had to waste her time on me. I have been to the Beaumont office and found the PA and the receptionists very helpful. HOWEVER trying to connect with the office staff to make an appointment is totally impossible. You call and no one answers and then it directs you to a voicemail where you're either told the voicemail is full (99% of the time) or asks you to leave a message and then no one calls you back. Had trouble getting through to thier phone line but i did go to the office instead to make an appointment for physical and turns out thier phone has been updated. I was able to get an appt soon for myself and my kids for annual physical. Since their new number has been updated i have been able to get through to speak to a live person in the front and the medical assistant. I've been trying to make an appointment for the past couple of days and it's impossible with this clinic! The first day I called and they left me on hold for 10 mins., so I hung up and tried calling back and all I get is their voicemail box to leave a message. So I tried the next day to give them another chance to get me an appointment and failed again. This time they transfer me to a "scheduler" and the phone just rang and then hangs up! So I try calling back and the receptionist , Daisy, tells me to hold because she has another person before me. Didn't give me a chance to say anything of course. I'm waiting once again for 5 mins. before I hang up again because I'm frustrated at this point.
