The staff is very professional and empathetic to the patient's condition. I enjoyed the pleasant atmosphere and friendly conversation the technicians provided. It made going enjoyable. The exercises they researched for my recovery were spot on. I walked in relying dependency on my cane thinking I would have to use a wheelchair and walked out of there not having to depend so heavily on my cane. I don't have to use my cane on short distances anymore and working on not having to use it for longer distances using their exercises they prescribed for me. I had originally left my therapist and was here on a trial basis and come here because the other place was too aggressive with treatments. He said all I had to do was call to schedule more appts. Well I did, and the secretary argued with me and said I needed a brand new referral. I told her what he had said, and said "Ok" so he had given me the wrong information. I went ahead and requested more sessions. I'm going through a lot right now and can't even eat at my own house. I have multiple injuries, I already had to wait to be seen because my NP sent the wrong recommendation so I had to wait additional days after waiting the week, then let them know I had jury duty and asked if they wanted me to schedule then cancel or wait they said wait. They called me to schedule after I left the note and I said "I'm waiting on jury duty." Then I scheduled all my appts, I tend to run late from ADHD which medication doesn't work for me, and chronic fatigue. I had period fatigue, fever and chills and was sick 3 weeks, then more fatigue, and have been trying to catch up on errands with the little energy I have. So I knew I would need more sessions since all the trials came up. I had a random bout of fatigue today, even though I quit caffeine 3 weeks ago for it to help, but hadn't showered and didn't want to show up gross for my appt and figured I could show up a little bit late but was rushing. I have showed up late many times before and was getting more on time each time. They started calling me to make sure I'm on the way awhile back, so this time I called to let them know I would be 10 minutes late, they said it was fine. I get there and they say the therapist won't see me and that they tried to call me back. I haven't heard about this policy change. I said "I don't need the therapist I've already seen the therapist for evaluation I just need the other guy." She said he didn't want to see me past 10 minutes late. I said "It's 3 minutes past. I just need my exercises." And explained that I have a pre-existing health condition chronic fatigue (they done care), as well as ADHD that makes me run late (they don't care), and can't eat at my house. I also explained I'm dealing with other injuries knee and elbow and just trying to get back to work. She said "I can ask him if he can change it" I said "You can or you can't? Because you just told me you can't so which is it?" 0 empathy for mental, physical, or life's circumstances or food insecurity or life safety issues for the customers. The left foot doesn't know what the right hand is doing, and I came here because the other place was too aggressive with treatments, but at least they don't turn me away when life gets in the way and I'm on the verge of mental breakdown every day. I told the secretary "I know everyone is going through something but I'm going through more than you." They need to come down off their high horse and consider that times are tough and not everyone can have an easy life. - Telling me to schedule more if I need them - Deny me and make me request more sessions (wrong information) - Don't care that I had to wait longer for my NPs wrong scheduling (no empathy) - Bug me for scheduling the week of jury duty after I already told them I have jury duty and telling me not to schedule yet when I came in in person and they said don't schedule yet - No update that they changed their policy - Okayed me coming in 10 minutes late even though I've never called ahead of time like that so they punished me for updating them - Then changed their mind when I got there and said I'm 3 minutes too late whereas every other time I've been late and they're still getting paid and I'm getting less of a workout whereas I could have taken a nap from chronic fatigue Unprofessional, bipolar, rude, unempathetic, back and forth. Don't come here. Now I have to wait ANOTHER 1-2 weeks to go to the other place and let my ankle get WORSE, blocking me from more jobs. Gave me exercises that I couldn't replicate at home so then literally what is the point. Praying God humbles all of you because this is incredibly unprofessional and disgusting. read more

I came to Rancho Physical Therapy after an arm injury left me unable to do simple tasks like carrying groceries. From day one, the staff were kind, attentive, and professional. My physical therapist, Lawrence had a great sense of humor so did the rest of the staff but they also took their time to ensure I had proper form and was working within my capability. They were incredibly mindful and patient, which made a huge difference in my recovery. The clinic was extremely clean -- equipment was sanitized thoroughly, and everyone washed their hands upon arrival. I felt safe and cared for. Progress was steady and intentional. They helped me rebuild strength and stability in my arm. I went from not being able to lift a grocery bag to confidently raising it overhead. Bonus points: their app made it easy to follow exercises at home, parking was always available, and the entire vibe was welcoming and upbeat. If you're looking for a place that truly pays attention to detail and supports you through every step, I highly recommend them. read more

I was supposed to be a Patient at this office early 2024. Their Therapist became ill so they called canceling me then telling me I would be rescheduled starting early April. I went there and they announced my referral authorization was 1-week to expire. I was upset explaining they caused that. They got new referral and I scheduled a new appointment. It was 8:45 AM. I thought it was 9:00 AM and arrived at maybe 8:50. I am older and use a walker. Upon arrival they announced I was late.They said I needed to be rescheduled. Again It upset me. They didn't like my complaint and wouldn't allow any service at all 3 offices read more

The team of therapists took their time to evaluate me at every visit. When I started PT in May 2025 it was after a fall that left me with decreased mobility and pain. The therapy I received focused on strengthening and as a result it helped me mentally as I have more confidence when I am active. The therapists were serious about my recovery but they were also fun to be with at each visit from May through June 18th. read more

I have no choice but to give 1 star, but this place doesn't deserve any star for customer service. I had received a referral from my physician for Vestibular Therapy. I made an appointment for December 1, 2023 @9:00am. After 30 minutes waiting in the lobby, the receptionist informed me that they don't have a Physical Therapist in their office for Vestibular Therapy. I told the receptionist that when I made the appointment, I informed the scheduler what type of an appointment I needed that's why I was scheduled in Murrieta office. Then the receptionist said, I can schedule you today with a Therapist that works with patients for Vestibular Therapy in our Temecula office at 1:00pm today, I said Ok. I got to my appointment check in. I waited 45 min, I finally got up and told the receptionist that my appointment was at 1:00pm and I have been waiting patiently. She stated that she was figuring out my paperwork and which therapist I'm seeing. I stated that your office and the Murrieta office had 4 hours to figure that out. Then I overheard the Therapist that's supposed to work with me stated to the receptionist, "I don't even like working with patients that need Vestibular Therapy." I'm like saying to myself WOW! Unbelievable, you chose to care for patients under oath! After, hearing this I told the receptionist just cancel my appointment, and walked out of the office. I never got any apologies from the office regarding the issue. Your office need to take more customer service trainings. read more

I recently came back home to my Native State Ca after moving away 18 years ago. I have had issues with my back and left leg and has been very upsetting and painful.
