My experiences here have been accompanying a patient to interpret between the therapy practitioners and him. Very smooth checking and was able to do what I needed to from station to station with plenty of space between people and very nice folks. I had my first appointment at Ranchos Murrieta office. The PT spoke to me for a moment, and decided that I'd be better off with the Fallbrook clinic. In Fallbrook, my first appointment was canceled due to the PT having a personal emergency. The next appointment was also canceled due to the pool being under maintenance. I have yet to see a therapist, yet Rancho Physical Therapy billed me. $100. The billing department insists that my first interaction with the Murrieta office was a visit, even though I only spoke to the PT for a minute. These guys are awful! I went to one appt. The person who I spoke with seems to be recovering from some type of leg injury. So the wait time was a little longer but the staff was okay. I did 4 exercises and they sent me home.. I wasted my time and money to be honest. They charged me a fee when I got there and then sent me another bill later... I won't go back because no one showed me the actual exercises, just handed me the paper and told me to do them.. no ideal. read more

It's always the first interaction that speaks volumes about the business and she did just that, which is why I arranged my physical therapy treatments at Perpetual Motion instead. Rancho Physical Therapy is the nicest P. T. The front desk ladies are very professional and the the therapist are great. They have so many different specialities. My hand orthopedic that's in Mission Viejo at COMG, originally recommended Rancho P. T. and gave me an old flyer of the place , So at my next appointment I gave him their updated cards & brochures if he or any other orthopedics in their group have patients in the Murrieta/Temecula area that may need a P. T. in their area. FYI, if you're running late, call the office and let them know how late you are going to be, and then they'll check with the therapist to see if they can still fit you into their schedule. Remember they also have other patients after you that are on time and they shouldn't be penalized because your late. I have ran late quit a few times there and other doctor appointments, but at least I'll call them to let them know I'm going to be late. That way they can check with the therapist or (doctor) to see if they can still fit me. You shouldn't penalize the P. T. office for your own fault. Take some responsibility people who gave them poor reviews. The P. T. area is big and there are different sections that deal with different areas of the body; so the other person who gave them a bad review because you were late, you might've seen an area that doesn't deal with your body part . Your therapist could've been working in the back area that you didn't see. Rancho Physical Therapy is a wonderful P. T. and I would highly recommend it. read more

Rancho Physical Therapy (Hancock- Murrieta location) has been a tremendous help with my neck injury. First, the front office is very efficient and get you in very fast.They are great at accommodating my schedule and it was the only office in the region that got me my appointment within a few days of insurance approval, where other offices would take weeks. On my first day, I was scared and still confused about my diagnosis, Doc Wes spent a good hour reading radiologist' notes from my MRI and explained sentence by sentence what it all meant, and explained what it would take to recover.He was there for me and I felt like I could trust him over my own primary care doc. Lastly, the staff is all very helpful, Carl has incredible attention to detail and would stop me and correct me on the spot if he capinha doing something incorrectly. If zero stars were an option I would have chosen it. I was five minutes late and did all the new patient paperwork they put on line before my appointment. My wife had a medical emergency so I was 5 minutes late for my appointment (10 min late if you count the 5 minutes waiting in line in their lobby. I was taken back like they were going to see me when a woman said we won't see you because you are late. She did not let me explain or even care I had a medical emergency. I understand late clients can mess up their schedule, but the place looked empty. This is the worst customer service you will ever find at a medical provider. They have an interesting sign in there lobby that says we are building our practice through client referrals . . . Interesting given the place was empty. Guess those referrals aren't working out so well. read more

Updating this as I was made aware that my review has helped future potential patients in between the last 7 months since I made this review. I received (which I didn't know was thing) a compliment note who stated his doctor referred him to Rancho and saw Rancho's comment back to my review as 'unprofessional' and 'full of excuses'. Instead of reading my review (which you can still read if you'd like), you can simply read the comment back from the company and decide for yourself whether you'd like to become a patient here or not. "..basing a perceived social experience rather than medical care ", I'd believe would be common sense in the healthcare field & expected of any healthcare professional, even based on first impression. I'm not going to get care from a facility from a patient who stated they were in pain and were ignored.Great example of healthcare professionals who went to a great school but can't properly communicate or create a comfortable environment for patients. This is why I believe it's important for individuals in healthcare to simply be ... people? Also it's nice knowing I can get quality care, but medical care WITH a great social experience can instantly go from 'ehh' to 'amazing' & memorable and would've probably convinced the people who I helped follow through with their referrals to your business. I stated this company seemed to be treated more like a business. So I was expecting one of the PTs/OTs or other healthcare providers actually involved in rehabilitation to read my review. So I was curious what the position of the individual who replied to my review was and did a simple google search as would any patient would do. He is the IT Manager. I agree with Milo the other reviewer, If I could give them no stars I would just to give my thoughts on this facility. I thought they were A plus when a doctor referred my child to them 5 years ago. But man oh man they have changed tremendously. 1. Firstly, my impression of them were suspect. Rancho Spring CEO Weston is a person that don't really care about maintaining professionalism with staff or clients. Red flag! I didn't want to work with him because he made me feel uncomfortable, jokingly saying "I'll punch you in the gut/stomach if you don't do this exercise right". I didn't take it as a joke coming from a place of abuse. And he touched my butt trying to help me with an exercise. I quickly wanted to have a female physical therapist. 2. I got a female therapist and she helped me the first couple of sessions then disappeared off to other patients like I wasn't there. So her aid helped me but wasn't really concerned because she Jamie wasn't concerned. She made me very uncomfortable like I was an inconvenience to her. And it was her job to help me. 3. They initially scheduled me for an entire month and then changed it not once but twice without me knowing. Their excuses, oh we schedule for 20min blocks at a time and your therapist has lunch at that time so we move you. Or we wanted you to have enough time getting here so we changed tour time. Ok when were you gonna tell me? Red flag. (3) strikes you're out!!!! Everyone find another place to go to besides Rancho Physical Therapy. 4. They actually scheduled you when it's convenient for them and not you the patient. If you're not that famous they don't care or they just don't care. Insensitive, inconsiderate bunch of people. Nice folk here that know there stuff. Wayne Chase is very good at what he does. Only issue is after a few visits I began to get a vibe that one individual did not want to work with me. I can't imagine why. It made me feel uncomfortable and not want to go back for my last appointment. Additionally, they are too persistent in calling to reschedule appointments. If I didn't answer and didn't call back the first time I'm not planning to. Calling a second and third time was unnecessary. read more

Going to Rancho Physical Therapy was a terrible experience. My first time there was for an evaluation. I met the therapist who I thought would be working on me for the duration of my treatment. I told her about the terrible pain in my neck and back, she had me lay down with the TENS unit for ten minutes, I was in agony but she was nowhere to be found. She reappeared then sent me home with a paper with exercises and I scheduled my next appt. not impressed but hopeful. Today I went in and the therapist didnt ask how I was, if I had any concerns or questions. In fact, she had her back to me for a while as she typed on the computer, not even looking at me. She massaged me for about five minutes then told me to work on an exercise machine for a few minutes then go see one of the girls at the desk. Again, she disappeared. The intern/assistant/student/girl at the desk didnt introduce herself. She told me do some exercises then she'd walk away while I did them- not even watching to see if I did them correctly. She seemed very disinterested in my care. I swear this was just a college or highschool student. My therapist had handed me off and not once did she come back to check on me. I had questions for her but she never addressed the most basic things like my posture, sitting, what I did all day that could contribute to my extreme pain, etc. I never had the opportunity to discuss anything with her as I didnt see her again. The exercises the girl/student/intern had me do were ones I could have found on youtube. Another person put me on the TENS unti then walked off until the timer rang out to signal my time was up. Once I finished on the TENS unit, no one told me to make an appointment or that Id need to be seen again. There was zero compassion or interest from anyone at this place. I went to the front desk and the girl up there had to track down my therapist and ask when I should be seen again. My physician had recommended I go two-three times a week but there were no appointments available for an entire week! I was sent along with no instructions for home care such as heat/ice, or exercises for home or with anyone to follow up to see how I felt or if I needed anything- Id consider this basic care when you have chronic pain. I felt sick over paying $75 for my visit which was a waste of my time. Spending the money on a massage probably would have been better. The entire experience was so upsetting because I felt like just a number, not a real person with pain that needed help. There was zero compassion or interest from anyone at this place. My neighbor had gone here and echoed my sentiments saying he felt like the place is run like an assembly line. I agree. I will NEVER GO BACK HERE again. I will call my doctor tomorrow and tell them about this experience and lack of care and concern at Rancho Physical Therapy. I hope to find a place that offers much better care. Or at least get a good massage! read more

My dad went today and was helped by Dr.Michael Tully. My dads English isn't the best so sometimes he doesn't get the best treatment when people can't understand him. Dr Michael found every simple way he can communicate with my dad which made him very happy with the level of treatment and service. I highly recommend this place. read more

Therapist here was great. Would recommend Brittnay to anyone. Unfortunately the admin portion of this business is so far off their game. Had aqua pt, and everything was great. Was referred out to them for pt on my lumbar and cervical spine. Was told that when my aqua a as done that they would address these issues. Unfortunately, my referral expired after 3 months. They didn't even try to renew it. Now there will be a 4 week break only to go back for 4 sessions. By the time all that happens my referrals for the lumbar and cervical spine will be expired. Will be finishing my 4 visits of aqua but have asked that other referrals be redirected to another facility. To bad the admin portion of the staff have taken what would have been a 5* review down to a 1*. What a waste of great talent in the PT they have. read more

I recommend these folks highly. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I never waited more than 5 minutes for my appointments. The physical therapists are terrific. The facility's clean, neat and well lit. I had rotator cuff surgery and they got me back to 95% and I'll finish the rest on my own. went to Rancho Physical Therapy and did not have a good experience at all. I felt like it was a mill. Take one patient in and with in 15 minutes there is another. Get them in and get them out.. The physical therapist maybe spends a total of ten to fiftten minutes with you then turns you over to a helper that has you do exercises which could be done at home. When you are with the physical therapist there is very little warming up of the muscles surrounding the injured area before being pushed into pain by stretching it. As I know there will be pain with therapy, there were multiple times that I could not do anything the next day because of pain. After five sessions in that facility I decided to research other facilties and therapists. I found All Star Physical Therapy in Temecula. WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!!!!!. The therapist (himself), spends close to 30 minutes working on the muscles stretching and releasing them followed by exercises, ultrasound ,tense and ice. I can see and feel such a difference in my progress and the amount of pain I have since going to All Star. Rancho Physical Thereapy could learn something about taking care of the patient first from the practice at All Star. read more

The last nine months I have been in and out of Rancho Physical Therapy Murrieta for several health issues. Therefore, I have been able to experience and view their operation first hand. They are excellent and top notch in every aspect of their business. They say that everything starts at the top and the manager of this facility does an excellent job on all levels in making sure this facility runs smoothly and provides outstanding service. From the front desk where patients check in for treatment and schedule appointments to the handling of appointments over the phone, they do an incredible job. They are always very polite regardless of how busy they are and go out of their way to accommodate everyone. The aids at Rancho also do a great job. Travis helped me and always was always very professional and kind. When a patient is hurting and in pain, these simple kind gestures mean so much. However, I would specifically like to comment, applaud, and thank Heather Snyder, my Orthopedic Clinical Therapist who literally gave me back my mobility and life....twice! She is the most caring person who is a miracle worker and an expert in her field. The first time I saw her was in March, 2014 for a painful sciatica problem on my left side that was compromising my life. I had gone to several doctors and a chiropractor but they could not help me. Heather performed therapy but also gave me exercises to do at home that literally took my pain away and in a few weeks the sciatica was gone! However, in September I lifted a heavy object and it caused severe sciatica in the right side of my hip. This severe sciatica pain radiated down my entire leg and foot and my toes were numb. I came back to her very distressed and fearful I would never get better. Heather started my therapy and she and explained why I was having this sciatica and how she was going to help me. In her very calm, encouraging manner she immediately relieved my fears and I came to completely trust her. She lifted me up mentally and physically every session, gave me excellent therapy but also had me doing exercises at home. Things started to come together and every week I was doing better and the pain started going away as she told me it would! In less than two months, the pain is gone and I am back doing my daily life and feeling great! She is my hero and I feel so grateful and thankful she gave me back my life! My husband has been here twice for 2 very separate issues. My son was sent there after he broke his leg and was in a cast for over 3 months. On all 3 occasions, my boys were treated well. The therapists and assistants were wonderful and only pushed them to excel. There was many times where they left sore but not in pain, which is what you expect from therapy. I know my son saw Matt and my husband has seen 2 different girls for his shoulder and low back. I'm so glad they are recovered but know if anyone ever needs PT again, we'll be back. read more

First of all, this is my 3 rd time around with Rancho Physical Therapy and I must say I wouldn't want therapy any other way!! Michelle McClure and the crew over there are great! They are very professional, attentive and know their stuff! 2 years back, I had Micro Fracture knee surgery and they had me up and atom in no time and then a year later I had shoulder surgery. I told them I had a golf tournament in 4 months and they incorporated my golf swing in my therapy, swinging clubs and I was good to go within a few months! Now I am back again with a knee replacement and just after a few sessions I am already starting to feel somewhat back to normal! Having been thru multiple medical complications which required major surgeries on different areas of my body, I totally recommend any body that has even a little of what I went thru to try Rancho Physical Therapy, Just To Name a few, you say. Going thru a major surgery for my back when they Fused my L3-L4, L4-L5 & L5-S1, having a ACL repair on Both the Left and Right knee to later on having a Total Knee Replacement & a Rotor Cuff Tear, I can go on and on. I have been to different places but I feel I have had the best and greatest care and outcomes at Rancho, from the moment walking thru the doors the receptionist and all the therapy techs and interns to all of the therapist that have worked with me on each occasion When I have had the need for therapy the continuity of the therapist was outstanding always everyone their working as a well run machine one on one therapist not jumping to different patients each minute and most importantly keeping our physicians in the loop making suggestions as to my care plan for my recovery because everybody's needs and injuries are all different, I thank the staff for giving me the best and greatest outstanding care for the pain I would be in because we all know pain does not go away but I can now manage it better, Thank you again for you outstanding care and I know I will be back again at some point and time, thank you Rancho Physical Rehab in Murrieta off of Hancock, we highly recommend this facility they care about their patients and their outcomes, read more

My family physician referred me to Rancho Physical Therapy for cardiac rehab following double-bypass surgery. The therapist, Randy, is excellent. He has been doing cardiac rehab for many years and knows exactly what to do. I now feel confident knowing what I can and cannot do. My wife, also, is going to Rancho-Murrieta for tendonitis in her right shoulder. They are doing a great job for her also. They also have a nice heated pool for arthritis therapy which is a very reasonable $10/day. The people at the front desk are friendly and helpful. Insurance was easily processed (Medicare/Blue Shield supplement). read more
