Located on Main Street in Carmel, this multi-story spa offers all types of skincare services and sells quality skincare lines in the lobby. I'd been in to pick up a few products before, but finally booked a facial last week. I called ahead to book my appointment. I wanted them to assess what my skin needed, so I gave them my budget and told them to do whatever they thought was best in that price range. My esthetician, Rose, was amazing and did a great job clearly explaining what she was doing. She answered all of my questions in a helpful way and I learned that she has 14+ years of experience. She said that this is her favorite place she's worked because everyone here is passionate about skin and they get all of the new gadgets. She hydrated my skin, did a mini chemical peel (one with no downtime), microbladed my face (gets rid of all dead skin/hair/helps you be glowy), and did laser genesis to stimulate collagen and kill bacteria (potential acne). My face was super glowy after and my skin felt tight the following day. The products that she used were top of the line (IS Clinical, Babor, etc), so the price of the facial truly is worth the quality of product that they're giving you. I appreciated the custom facial and was surprised that the glow was instant. Highly recommend!

Even prior to my visit, I received excellent care. I wasn't able to answer their call to set an appointment since I was in a meeting, the office left a message saying this would be the only call to me. Of course I didn't call back the same day since I get side tracked easily, so they did call me again 2 days later and we set an appointment. I was told that I would receive a paperwork package prior to my visit. I did receive it and it was extensive, lots of information to fill out. On the other hand, when my appointment time came, I was immediately greeted, asked for my paperwork package and my insurance card. She verified my name, address, birthday and such. Took all but a minute. Then I was invited to have a seat and wait to be called, which happened in less than 2 minutes. I was led to one of the little exam rooms and prepared myself for a wait, but nope, the doc was there before I could even take out my phone to play a game. The exam chair is a bit lower than you may be used to since the physician uses a wheelchair. Also all the doors are sliding doors, pretty cool actually. Anyway, Dr. Bridge is a very friendly, thorough, knowledgable man and most importantly patient, because I tend to be a hot mess when at a medical facility. He managed to answer all my quesations, examine every weird spot on my body that I could come up with and was awfully quick to ice off a couple of them. Did it all with a smile on his face. Kudos. A prescription was ordered and I actually had an alert about my new prescription from my pharmacy before I made it out the office. I didn't have to wait on check out, I was told the office had all the information they needed. I was in and out in about 20-30 minutes and was amazed. This office runs like a very well oiled machine and the doc himself is great.

The nurse let me borrow her pen to write it down for myself before leaving. I was told to leave the bandage the dr put on for 24 hours then start using Mupirocin that she would call into the pharmacy twice a day and keep it clean and covered. 24 hours came and went and the Mupirocin wasn't called into the pharmacy. I tried calling but of course got sent to voicemail (no voicemails are ever retuned from this office) so I sent a portal message. Finally the Mupirocin was called in. I was told if any signs if infection to call the on call if after hours 1-888-210-1476 and call the office if it was during business hours. My wound started to become infected about 6 days later. I called the office twice during business hours and of course was sent to voicemail. I sent a portal message; no reply. I called the voicemail number twice no one called me back. Finally my husband made me go to the ER. I sent a portal message again to the dr around 11 pm telling them I was going to the emergency room because urgent cares were no longer open. I was diagnosed with MRSA in the wound and prescribed doxycycline. ER told me to follow up on the next business day with my dr. The next morning I had a voicemail at 7 am from the dr. (My phone was on do not disturb because I was finally sleeping after my ER visit) the dr called me again at 7:05am. No other attempts to get in contact with me were made. So I called AGAIN; once again voicemail. This morning, Monday, December 2 I finally got a call back again at 7:00 am I missed the call and have been calling back every hour since. I have left 3 messages and sent two portal messages. My most recent call the receptionist asked what this was regarding and said "There are no notes on my chart about me calling." I am FURIOUS. This receptionist did find a nurse to talk to me. Not my drs nurse but another nurse and she also stated there is no record of me calling or what this is pertaining to. HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE?! I will be following up with a new dermatologist at another office.
