Lived here for a year. It is a very calm and quite neighborhood, 10 minutes north of Aurora…read moreUniversity and about 5 mins off of I-88. They have an older property but have done a good job at maintaining their grounds. They have probably one of the nicest swimming pools I have seen at an apartment complex, however I never used it. Their rates are a little high in my opinion, and would have never moved if I didn't get a new job an hour north of there. The long drive and tolls were gauging me! Dorris the manager is a sweetheart and was always helpful, so were the maintenance team members. Kathy was always very nice to me too... I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a really quiet community. The downfall is that I drive a motorcycle and shared a spot with my car (which is logical so I free up more parking spots) but certain old, cranky, and miserable neighbors with nothing better to do were upset because I always parked in a spot where I could see from my balcony. Without having a garage to park in, I didn't like my brand new Harley Davidson out of my viewpoint. Also do NOT park in the fire lane, NOT EVEN FOR 10 MINS. N.A.P.D., are douchebags with nothing better to do than to ticket your car while you are unloading groceries. I received 2 tickets while living there when my car had the hazards on and the trunk open....smh. Then when my car had gotten plowed into in the parking lot by a fellow tenant who didn't see me that ripped my whole bumper off, N.A's finest refused to come out and fill out a police report because it was "private property!!!!!" Double standards, but nothing against CVW... Just saying, "watch out!"

This was not a bad apartment complex to live in. I'll go over the pros. It's close to some…read morerestaurants, gas stations, grocery stores, the tollway, bars, etc. Rent wasn't super expensive. There was a nice pool. No water bill. Apartment was a decent size for 1-2 people. Neighbors were very friendly and pleasant. Cons: parking wasn't the greatest depending on which unit you're in. Sometimes, if you go out at night or if you get off work late, you won't find a lot of spaces close to your unit. Laundry, they had a washer and dryer in each building but they're very limited. You would have to do your laundry at odd times. Kitchen was small. Property manager was not the greatest at her job. She was a hypocrite when it came to issues about your apartment or your lease. I would not recommend. Overall it's about a 2 for me.

I have lived here for about 6 months now. It is by far my favorite apartment I have gotten…read more Everyone is so friendly and helpful. If you have a problem they take care of it quickly and efficiently. The apartments are nice a little bit older but with a few modern touches i.e. a brick wall in bedroom and living room, and built in glass shelving. The pool is maintained very nice as well as the gym. It is fairly quiet here but Randall road does make it a little bit noisy. If you receive packages they get delivered to the office so no one takes them, but I don't think anyone would take them here. Rent isn't to bad here either, I pay 960 for a one bedroom. They allow cats and there is no pet rent. They also work with Comcast and you get a special discounted price with them for living in courtyard. The only utility you pay is electricity. It is close to a lot of stores and 5 mins from I-88. I highly suggest living here. You wont regret it.
