Jameson and Nathan were great. These people are trying to help you, not rip you off. Jameson arranged for my picture window sized electronic blind to be repaired. He took it down and took it away and brought it back and put it back up after it was repaired. A competitor wanted to just sell me another very expensive electronic blind, saying that he could not get it repaired. Jameson was honest and saved me more than $1000. Went by Randall Lee's Flooring America in Seaside to look at their counter top samples and make an appointment with them to get an estimate for new counters in my kitchen. I was told that their counter top person would call me asap. After a week I had heard nothing so I called, they apologised and said they had no record of my estimate request. They said they would have someone call me asap. Nothing. I went by the store again (2 weeks latter) and told them what had happened. They again apologised and said they would have someone call me to set up an appointment for an estimate. I got a call three weeks latter asking if I still needed an estimate. No, I do not! Went with someone else. I tried to use Randall Lee's Flooring because they are a local business, and they wasted my time! read more

Showed up on time and with lots of samples of blinds to choose from. Both wore masks and even foot covers. They were very helpful, knowledgeable respectful of my time and home. Cant wait to work with them again on my next project! Great job girls! read more

No show to appointment, then an email a week later asking if we wanted to schedule something. Seriously? Don't offer online appointment scheduling if you can't be bothered to show up or respond to the request. Best part? They had the nerve to send me a request to review them on their own website, but if you choose only one star? They don't actually post that review! They instead turn it into a message to be sent to the company instead of daring to post it. Really shifty company. read more

Very disappointed in our experience with this flooring company. It took weeks to call us for an estimate. Then they lost our info so it was a few more weeks to get job started. The tile removal guy wasn't experienced. They broke our toilet and took all leftover flooring that I know we paid for. We were shuffled around from one person to another never knowing who we were going to get every time we called or received an email. We felt like our job wasn't important from the beginning. The only saving grace was the floor installer who made it all bearable. We will never recommend this company to anyone. read more

The counter tops I bought "locally" came from Portland. Rendall Lees does not know anything about granite counters and when there was a problem with the granite staining (in a Vacation Rental this is un-acceptable) they became a "middle man" between me and their supplier. I withheld the cost of material for a proper seal on the granite (I offered to pay labor, travel, and lost rent.) They refused to help and threatened "further action." I paid up, but I'm not at all happy! Don't bother to buy locally from them. You'll end up sorry you did. I'd try Costco. read more

Locally owned company. We bought floor coverings and window shades from them. The installation went well for everything. They hooked us up with a good tile man to lay the tile. We had a couple of problems with the window shades. They took care of it quickly and cheaply. read more

I had them replace the flooring in one of the upstairs bathrooms. They helped find a good option for materials Where they really knocked it out of the park was the installation. They installers were experts, leaving behind the perfect workmanship that I admire whenever I walk into that room. read more
