I was unable to visit the property and my inspection was very important. This company had good reviews so I chose it. I didn't expect any surprises. I was told it was a livable fixer. The report came back as failed roof, failed foundation, failed plumbing, failed electrical and possible black mold. Owner didn't agree and sent his own inspector and the owners inspector stated the same - failed inspection The owner offered to reduce cost and sell as is but it was too much work with 3 kids (it would have been a great fixer flip investment - maybe as much to fix as it cost). It was a frustrating experience but having the right inspector was a instrument in not getting stuck with a lemon I highly recommend
