Future MIL wanted to get family photos, and we got SO. MUCH. MORE!!!! We started before sunset, which was gorgeous and Jan knew all the best angles and how to catch the best light. Every side is your good side when Jan's behind the camera. She took photos of the entire fam and individual couples (future MIL and FIL, fiancé and I, fiancé's sister and her husband). It was family photos, maternity photos (fiancé's sister is expecting), AND.....SURPRISE ENGAGEMENT PHOTOS!!! My fiancé proposed during the sunset photo session, and I was so surprised and just a crying hot mess. Jan captured all of it, and made my ugly crying look beautiful! I reached out with no reply from her. I have texted her, messaged her, left voicemails to which you guessed it, l've received no reply. I then messaged her personal Facebook (Cheyanne Danley) to which it showed "active" letting her know that if she wasn't going to shoot my wedding in two weeks that I needed to find someone else. You guessed it again no reply again. She has completely ghosted me leaving me scrambling to find someone else only 2 weeks before my wedding. I am not local and this has been a complete nightmare. Upon looking and other clients reaching out to me this is not the first time she has done this. Cheyanne is a thief that likes to take peoples hard earned money for her so called "business". In her contract it states for whatever reason she cannot shoot she is to either refund my money or find me another photographer. I bet you can guess she won't be doing that either. In addition, he switched up my videographer on me who happened to be one of his friends in LA without me consenting to the change. He was completely in breach of his contract and even admitted it over email but still refused to pay me back for his unused services. Similar to other brides around this time I sued him and also sent papers to his parents home in Texas. Neither responded and Kyle has yet to communicate or pay back the money he stole. I genuinely hope no other bride has to go through what he put me and my family through during such a special time in your life. I got married on 30A in Santa Rosa Beach, FL and was able to get him removed for all preferred vendor lists in that area and will continue to ensure he doesn't do this to anyone else.... although I'm sure he manages a way around the system moving around homes as frequently as he does. If I could give him 0 out of 5 stars I would but the system made me at least put a one.

Unlike other photographers we have used, you pay one price for the photo session and it includes high resolution downloads of ALL of your photos, making the pictures for our large group very cost effective.
