He talked it up and said he'd cut me a deal for an 30 minute session and do a great job for us. I paid half down on cash app the day I scheduled. Kevin reached out on 4/11 asking me if I was willing to pay the balance. He needed a new printer and didn't have the money. He was asking all his May appointments to go ahead and pay their balance in full beforehand to pay for a new printer. With the reviews I saw I decided to help the guy out. The morning of the 30th I sent a text asking if we were still good and he replied back no he was sick and asked to change it to 5/1/24. I said okay. At 3:51am he texts saying he is still sick but he would call me that afternoon. Didn't hear from him. On Friday I called his number several times and no answer. He was a no-show. On Sunday I sent him a text and it went as an sms not an iMessage. I'm not sure if he blocked me. I requested a refund on cash app and got no response. I should have never given him the balance and I am so disappointed. I took screen shots of our texts and added them as well to collaborate my experience. Update: he declined my refund request so we will be looking into filing theft of services charges against him.

I hired Ella to photography my extended family on the beach. She provided one "edited" extended family photo and I could see there was a halo around my grandfather. I asked her about it and she claimed she did nothing to it. So I pushed her and she finally edited it. She had done several headswaps and when I zoomed in, I could see she TERRIBLY did them. My niece looked like she had a nipple on her forehead. there were extra collars, things didn't line up, etc. I kept sending it back to get fixed. She never apologized for her crappy editing and then I sent it back again because there was a WEIRD tinge outlining shirts and body parts. I asked her to send me the raw file as she obviously has issues with editing. She refused, told me to stop contacting her and her work was done. (Also: On the day of the shoot she asked me to pay the balance by cash or check to her self, not her business.) She would also pose us as a small group ask us to tickle or interact and then CUT OFF people's heads, like right in the middle of they eyes. She didn't evey provide another version without the weird crop as she said she didn't shoot them that way, only tight crops. For $1,200, I deserved a lot better. She never once apologized, just told me to stop contacting her she did her part...... which was apparantally to give me crappily edited photos and not fix the issues.
