Frost Jones is an incredibly wonderful, friendly and experienced Photographer. My initial contact originated with her back in the Spring of 2020, when I began looking for a photographer for our family in Destin, Florida. After speaking to her over the phone, she made me feel so comfortable especially since I had never done this before. She explained the process, timing, colors that look great on the beach and how she gets all of the photos taken before the sun actually sets! Sadly, Covid hit and we had to postpone our trip for 2 years.Frost was very accommodating and pleased to schedule our 13 person family for photos for a later date without any issues or changes to our original contract other than the date.I tentatively scheduled for Tuesday, June 7th, 2022 at sundown. Then my family said, not a good day! See if Frost was available on Sunday June 5th, 2022 at sundown. Thankfully she was open for our requested date and time. She was so pleasant and accommodating that I have to tell you that she is the nicest business woman that I have ever had an interaction with. She was encouraging, calm, and she is the best team captain for our family of 8 adults and 5 kids, aging 7,6,5,4,&3! Frost had a plan for our photo shoot and executed without any problems. She is so friendly and has the personality to give directions (more than once to the selective listeners ) without showing any stress or frustration with our group. Frost indicated that she would send me a sampling of unedited photos on Monday! I got the sample grouping of photos as scheduled and I have to honestly say that our entire family said that these were exceptional and we can't wait for the edited portfolio. I highly recommend Frost Jones to be your photographer for any event you desire. She told all of us that she has completed over 5000 photo sessions. I hired Frost to take family pictures on the beach in late June. The evening was VERY windy and I was concerned about how they turned out. They turned out beautiful!! Frost went up and above to be sure that I was 100% satisfied with my pictures. We had the perfect family portrait except for one thing...my grandson was not looking at the camera on any of those pictures. I shared my concern and disappointment with Frost because I was planning to frame it and put it over my mantle! Frost picked a great picture of my grandson and had his face transferred to the other pictures. They turned out fantastic and it was done in a matter of a couple hours!! Frost Jones Photography is amazing! Frost was a wonderful person to work with. She communicated with me from the moment I chose her to do our pictures. During this communication she was very personable and answered any question I had. The weather was supposed to be bad on the day of our shoot and she took time to watch the weather and give me updates. I put a message out that my mom and I wanted to have pictures made with my dads urn at the beach. We are in Destin and I needed the pictures to be taken the following day. Contacted Frost Jones to schedule photo shoot for our whole family that was going to be there together. Easy to schedule...but weather wasn't cooperating.
