Today was the worst day we've ever had, with them waited for over 30 minutes for the buses to arrive. They never did another company had to come and rescue everyone, not to.Mention the fact that it was cold and rainy outside. Seems like people don't wanna work anymore. They don't want to show up for work. They're lazy, whatever their problem is. They need to have more respect for other people. Especially when they're in the service industry.

A clean motor coach 3. An on-time driver 4. A driver that knows where the hell he is going Of my experience with Star Shuttle, it's A+ on all four things. It starts with Juan Ibarra, who was our driver for 2 weeks as we toured San Antonio, Austin, and The Hill County of Texas. He was superb. First of all, he was just NICE. Good conversationalist, pleasant, helped people off with a hand (when needed), was always in a good mood. Actually chimed in with some interesting facts along the way. Second of all, he knows the area like the back of his hand. We had to get through San Antonio's morning rush-hour traffic. Instead of losing an hour like everyone else, he took us on short cuts that took less than half the time. Third of all, ALWAYS on time. I will always have this image in my head of his Star Shuttle motor coach just pulllllllling up to the sidewalk in from of the Bullock Museum just as we are coming out. Fourth, he's a good driver. He negotiated the streets of San Antonio and our multiple stops. Our hotel in Austin (the Hyatt Place at Austin airport) wasn't built with motor coaches in mind. With a max degree of difficulty, he got us in to the hotel front. And then, there's the coach. Comfortable, flexible, clean, and lovely views. The sound system and technology hook-up (HDMI, etc.) was great. A bathroom, but nobody really used it with all the stops we had. Absolutely top-flight experience. Juan was amazing. Give that dude a RAISE!!!!!

OMG, was at the Menger Hotel/bar and placed an order for an Uber. I had to walk 5-7 blocks to find…read moremy UBER as the guy driving did not understand how to get to the Menger as the area is under construction. Truly asking why did he take the drive??? Next time I will drive or get the hotel to take me to the next bar. As taking an Uber this time I felt NOT safe and now my mental health is seriously compromised. I went back to my hotel and cried and did not go out the rest of the night and it was early, as in it was only 10pm but I was not able to trust Uber to take me were I need to go.

First of all, he charged me upfront and told me nothing about cancellation fees. He went to pick up my mother at a rehab facility and then stated that he couldn't take her because the facility put her in a larger wheelchair that will not fit the van he drove. I was informed she was placed,in a larger wheelchair since she was going due to her legs and did not want them to be closed together.I stated how come he didn't ask about weight requirements; he said I was supposed to tell him I told him that it seems the company would ask those questions. He refused to take my mother and left. When I called back for another appointment. He stated he did not have an opening the next day,and that there cancellation which was all $20. Stated it wasn't his fault, I could always use someone else, and there was nothing else he could do. very rude and abrupt and would not take any blame for the whole ordeal; but with you, the money did not receive a refund nor cancellation fee difference.

The first day I remember putting too many coins in and the matching gave money back in another slot. I paid $4.10 for myself and child on 2-day passes. Today, I was just on the 543 route, entering before Wurzbach and Fredericksburg Rd, and I put in $4 and asked the driver why the machine did not show I only owe $.10, she shrugged and acted like she did not know anything. I think I put $2 more in and asked her for my change. She told me I can complain to whoever I want but that machine does not give change. Then she told me I need to sit down because we are about to move. I would like you to review your camera to see how much money I put in the machine. If $6, then give me back my $1.90, and if $1, then give me my $.90. Or give bus fare in some way or form. It may seem silly, but whether it's $.90 or $90, I always want my change.

If they knew night before they could have a job and only a few have access to base maybe they would get up for it but if they don't know?? turns out got a Lyft weird how other pick up delivery companies that r independent let there drivers know night before especially if scheduled a week in advance . BE CAREFUL IF SCHEDULING ESPECIALLY ON BASE FOR EARLY DEPARTURES FOR FLIGHTS

Since my event is tomorrow, I started trying to contact them all week to get the gift certificate for the auction. No one from Sandoval will return my calls, texts or emails. Now I'm frantically trying to find another company that will step up and donate a ride. I have dancers fighting over who is going to win the limo ride. I can't let them down.
