I then had Uber called and they came within 10 minutes, thank God. Worst customer service I have ever experienced, apparently advanced requests are ignored. So I gave him $20 bill and had him keep the change for tips. But he instead saying that the minimum is $25. I confronted him and asked him why there wasn't any communication about the $25 minimum requirement and he gave some unreasonable answer. I asked him to give me his info and his taxi license and he act like he doesn't know what I was talking about. As I got out of the cab and taking picture of the license plate he attempted back into me while I was right behind his cab. Do not take any ride with this company. I am pretty sure this is not the first time they have scan their customers.

Next time I will drive or get the hotel to take me to the next bar. As taking an Uber this time I felt NOT safe and now my mental health is seriously compromised.
