I wanted a super BBL and my hip dips filled in. I got there only to speak to Dr. Dean for two minutes. They took my deposit quickly, three weeks later I got the surgery. When he was drawing on me, I was stressing to him how important my body was to me, that I'm an exotic dancer and model and that I needed a snatched waste and a fuller butt. He did it under local anesthesia, which I believe is the one where you're awake. And let me tell you... I felt everything!!! My eyes were open watching in horror. There was so much fluid in my stomach that he would take breaks every 20 minutes and they would walk me to the bathroom so I could pee and fluids were getting all over the floor (very unsanitary) no one was cleaning it up and it was all over the place and I was so out of it, but I did realize the room was dirty and cold and scary. I woke up to no nurses around me to comfort me when the local anesthesia was wearing offand they charged my card $800 to wear a compressor that I wasn't even aware about to begin with, the nurses put me in an XX small, I couldn't breath for days and we ended having to cut it off my body and it hurt because my skin and the fluids where dried onto it, it felt like I was pealing my own skin off. I didn't see the doctor afterwards and they were rushing my boyfriend at the time to come get me. He was five minutes late and they rolled me outside on a wheelchair to wait for him while the nurses went back inside. They told me to come back in two weeks later (only because I took the initiative to ask, when do I come back in for a follow up? ) to see him and I had scar tissue and fat pockets everywhere. I expressed how terribly I felt and how insecure I felt about my body..He said he couldn't fix it . I think he gave me one lymphatic massage for FREE that did nothing. When I went to see him for my follow up, there was about 30 women in the waiting room and he was really stressed out and he had his hand on the door knob when you were trying to talk to him about anything. I was so sick and tired of my results that the company reached out to me and said that they would do another BBL for $3000 and that Dr. Dean got better over the years and would fix this mess and I would go under general anesthesia this time and be asleep. I woke up in a room with 20+ other women all waking up the same time as me screaming in pain than I heard a Nurse telling them all to shut up. And other women frustrated that they found out they had to pay an additional 800 for a garment that they didn't even know about. I got home. I was in so much pain and I went to look at my results and nothing changed. I don't know what he did to me in there, but I had bruising everywhere and no fat on my butt or my hip dips like he promised me. Like WHAT?! Your word as a surgeon is your bond. We are putting our life & bodies in your hands. Ladies!!! Save your money, go to a doctor that does revision surgery because they're the best. Not because you need revision, but they know not what to do to ruin your body. I'm going to show you a picture of the front of me wear he left scar tissue from being so aggressive and I've lost weight since I saw him so it looks 10% better. Most doctors I see say it will cost 15-20k to fix. I used to be able to wear bikinis but now I can't without people pointing out the gapping holes in the front of my stomach and the fat pockets he didn't lipo out in my sides of my back. It's taken me a long time to muster up the courage and write this review. I'm doing everything I can to save up my money to get my old body back, for the puncture wounds to look normal again, for the donut of Fat he left around my belly button gone, all the fat pockets on my back to be smoothed out. If 3-4k for a bbl plus free 6 areas of lipo is to good to be true.. it is!!! I did a deep dive on Dr Dean and he's not even a board certified surgeon before he did this he did men's hair plugs at Bosley hair extensions. Also the lip injections were bad too, lumpy big and uneven, their injectors are terrible, this was another mistake. I made when I was young in 2015.. This place doesn't care about you. They only care about how many bodies they can get on the table in a day. They don't treat you like family or friends. You want a doctor that would treat your body like he would treat his own, his wife or his daughters. Big red flags!!! When I arrived, I noticed that there was ample parking spots all around the building. When I entered the suite for the dermatologist office which is 116, I was greeted by the two wonderful ladies at their front desk. Because I was a first time patient there was some quick paperwork, all done on an iPad and then payment of my co-pay. The waiting are, and exam areas were spotless! This place was clean, organized and smelled fresh. I waited no more than five minutes before I was quickly taken into the exam room. I was asked a few questions about my health, my skin, and basically what brought me in for the visit. The medical assistant who is helping was also very patient and friendly. The one thing that stood out immediately was how friendly all of the staff members are. After a few short minutes of being in the exam room, the doctor came in and introduced herself. We spoke a little bit about my skins history and what procedures I was getting done before. She gave me some recommendations of other facilities in Fort Lauderdale that handle the specific type of issue that I was visiting for. She also recommended the same procedure that I was receiving from a different physician many many many years ago when I lived in New York. I really appreciate the fact that they did not try to force anything on me, or get me to do something or try something that they were not comfortable with let alone I was not comfortable with. The doctor was confident enough to give me information for a different office in Fort Lauderdale that can handle my situation way better than she can, but she also still offered the same procedure in office while I was there. The bottom line here is you rarely go to a doctor's office these days where a doctor will truthfully tell you what they think or what they feel or even refer you to go somewhere else for treatment that they know they truly cannot handle. Honesty like that for a medical professional is rare these days. I ended up getting a treatment done same day, and I have an appointment for one month to come back for a follow up.
