I called to request a quote in early January since the price range for the restrooms are not listed. The employee, Stephanie G, told me she would send the quote over and that I would have to act fast since they only have 1 restroom, August is busy renting season, and that someone else was looking at booking that weekend. After receiving the emailed quote, I realized the price point was out of my range and conceded to the 'other' individual looking to book the utilities. Nearly two months later, I get a call from RandyKan- the employee identifies herself as the same Stephanie G and asks if I am interested in putting down a deposit. Surprised, I politely shared, "I'm sorry we're just not able to rent the RandyKan." Stephanie yelled, "THANKS FOR WASTING MY TIME." and hung up before I could say anything else. Wedding are tough. They're expensive. Things often have to be cut out or forgone just to make sure there's enough seats for Grandma and Grandpa. After the dozens of vendors I've interviewed, I've never had one contact me, months later, to scream at me for "wasting" their time or not being able to afford their services. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Randy-Kan. We are building a new home and have had the pleasure of requiring a port-a-potty for far longer than anticipated. ;) Without a doubt.... sad to say this.... the most consistent aspect of our build has been our service with Randy-Kan! They service it every week like clock work! Very clean products and they make the process very easy. Excellent customer service. We rented the portable trailer restroom for a wedding this past weekend. The owners are delightful people--easy to work with, excellent at their jobs. The bathrooms were spotless and in perfect working order. It was really nice to be able to offer our guests this option. I highly recommend Randy-Kan! read more

You will NEVER find a cleaner sani can!! Randy Kan has always been my fav and I actually get excited to see one at a ball field because you know it will be clean!! Schools need to get in contract with him. The current sani can provider is horrid and are always nasty and full The NW Blaze had a can set at North Mason it's a dream!! Let's just say you feel like the movies when the sky opens up and there's an Awwww type scenario......that's a Randy Kan!!! read more

This company was "Johnny on the Spot" about getting a portable restroom onsite, but was reluctant in mailing out and sending a contract that outlines their conditions for service. Be sure you FIRST, get the conditions in writing and you get a copy of your contract. Keep a clear access at all times to the portable restroom. If Randy Kan can't access the portable restroom, you will still be charged the full fee for service. If your like me where the sani kan is placed in a secured area on the building site, save your breath on asking for a roundabout time for service as they do not provide it. They will get there when they get there.... therefore, keep your gates open 24/7. read more

Randy Kan is amazing!!! Randy and Karrie really have it together. Aside from good pricing and wonderful equipment, the are very proactive. They provided a high end trailer for our daughters wedding. I spent a lot of time researching the porta potty businesses in the area and they hit a home run. Many of our guest said that their equipment was nicer than the bathrooms at home. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! read more

Randy is one of the nicest service providers I have done business with in Kitsap County. I needed to cancel my project for which we needed a portable restroom. The restroom had already been delivered to the property. I received a billing for the whole month, but Randy was willing to accept payment only for the cost of the delivery and pickup. That was very fair. Highly recommended. read more
