WARNING! STAY AWAY! I leased a brand new Compass Limited December 2024 and it's been in the shop about 10 times for electrical issues. One time it was on the shop for over a month. I took it back to them a few months after I got the Jeep because the warning lights started. They said they fixed it but they didn't. I tried touching base again and they ignored me. I took it to another dealership and they said it was fixed but it wasn't. This has been a back and forth issue and now we're at December 2025 and November was the last time it was in the shop. I had to hire a Lemon Law Lawyer. They are very dishonest! I'm very disappointed because I was very excited and the Jeep was a Holiday present to myself. When the dealership gives you a lemon.....sue. Service advisors know how bad the vehicles are because a few of them agreed with me and even said, well it's a Chrysler brand. Do not recommend me and my fiancée walked in to look at a jeep we sat and talked to a salesman talked about the jeep went for a test ride and all was good we talked about financing and how we only wanted to finance through our bank they say no problem and we have yet to se any kind of numbers how what the OTD would be so we told the finance and the salesman that we were going to lunch and that we were going to get in contact with insurance to make sure it wasn't crazy and we told both salesman and finance manager to not pull our credit until we find out how much it is going to be. We eat lunch they call us to see what's going on and we tell them that insurance was to much and that we would be buying unfortunately well come to the next morning we wake up to emails say that they not only pulled our credits and they also only pull for their own finance department when in fact me my fiancee the finance manger and salesman were on the same page of not going to any other financial services beside our current one. Then the salesman try's to bring in another worker to say that he only payed $900 for a car s&s and renters which is outrageous and may god be with him. That's all do not waste your time with this place. First time customer- Came in for already diagnosed issue that I called about a week prior/made an appt for. Was told it would take an hour to complete. Service advisor came out an hour later to tell me that they didn't even start as they were waiting for warranty approval... So unless you have a lot of time to waste or a ride/plan to leave your vehicle, I wouldn't recommend. Your Time is not valued. read more

They will willingly and and proudly steal money from the elderly by showing them the auction value on a trade in vehicle, knowing full well, that that is ten thousand dollars below the actual value of a vehicle. This place really tries to rip you off on a trade in. Kelly blue book average is $10,000. After 2 hrs of sitting there waiting for a offer from some 3rd rate so called wholesaler, the offer was $4000. The janitor of the dealership said i didnt put on enough new parts to make it worth more. He then suddenly turned into a diesel specialist and a mechanic to try and tell me all about diesel engines ! Its really a shame on how bad the Wise dealerships have gotten in the last 5 to 8 yrs. How can a company let so called wholesalers command the number of used vehicles sold off there lots? They act like they dont want your business. I expected around the price that K.B.B. said my vehicle was worth, not a fraction of it. The amount of time i spent there, a few people wandered in,no one bought anything and they left faster than they arrived.! I call the service sept and asked for a quote on changing my fuel filters and was told that it would be less than $300 they preformed the work and said everything was fine but changed me over $400 and when the service the person that I talked to first said that they would give me a credit on my next visit but I am from out of town so he had the service mgt call me and he said that there was nothing he could do that the ticket was closed poor customer service and a BS response and a bad attitude read more

Horrible service location and not even close to meeting the standards of a real RAM dealer. I had a warning light come on in my 2021 RAM when up north and made an online appointment at this dealership as I would be close to this location visiting relatives. When I got there for the appointment the service advisor said I didn't have one - well he never even bothered to look in the computer either and all he could say is he couldn't look at it for a few days then tried to show me all the work he had to do with only two technicians. Either the computer system was broken or since I didn't buy the truck there he had no interest in servicing it. I decided to ask if he had any knowledge of this issue in this new vehicle and the best he could come up with is it is likely the battery and they could sell me one. No clue about the specific vehicle, the problem or how to service it. Fortunately, I have relatives who work for the manufacturer and in 10 minutes they got back to me with a response as to how to deal with the warning light so I got it back to a qualified RAM service department and got it taken care of when I got home. There is no way I could recommend this service department and will simply say with an automotive background and years of experience in the industry they qualify at the absolute bottom of the list of bad service departments. Do NOT buy a car from Randy Wise Chrysler in Clio. They shorted our pay off amount when we traded our Jeep back in the summer and we have been fighting with them to get the difference. My loan that should have been paid off has been accruing interest (unbeknownst to me for several months) and it has impacted my credit score. To top it off this loan was actually rolled into our current loan. They are only paying half off what was the balance of the original pay off quote, so now i have to pay my half TWICE, plus interest. I went to this dealership looking for a vehicle last year. When going to a dealership, they do a credit check and leave inquiries on your credit report. They gave me 15 inquiries on my credit and they stay for at least 1 year or more on each one.. I was very disappointed with my salesman and did not get a vehicle with them. I just picked up a very nice 2015 Chrysler 200S last week from Randy Wise Clio. Thank you to the salesperson, Jason Conn, for listening to me as to what I needed in a vehicle, and for helping me to find the right car within my budget. To anyone reading this review, I felt comfortable with Jason the moment we met. He did not try putting me into a vehicle that did not fit my needs or budget. I was even able to take the car on a test drive from Clio to my mechanic in Pontiac. I did trade my previous car in and felt I received a fair amount for it. Jason worked hard to find what I was looking for. I was probably a pain in the rear for how picky I am about how a car rides, runs, and sounds. LoL. I scheduled my jeep for service a week in advance which was a little frustrating because I could not get it in right away, but they found a few issues I was not aware of and coordinated with my warranty company to get everything repaired in a timely manner. A complimentary car wash would have been really nice. read more
