I called the bay city store and asked if the battery was shipped to the Saginaw store he said the truck had left and had no knowledge of the battery request I asked who would know he said the store owner store owner did not provide any details about the battery request to the Saginaw store or the bay city store I asked again for the owner to call me back he has not responded.I will not be purchasing any more batteries from this owner, no follow through no offers to give a discount for the store mixups this is the owner responsibility.
