I have a very old PC, a Dell, that has been an absolute champ and I bought it from Randy's years ago...still going. So, last week, we had a power outage (yes there was a surge protector) and when I came home from work, it was on an error screen and failed to load Windows. After spending three nights trying things I watched in YouTube videos, finally I asked on FB if anyone knew a good PC repair place in the area. A friend recommended Randy's Computers!! You see, I had not realized they were still open. They moved and I did not know that. anyway, Jason got it fixed in a few hours, it was a dead BIOS battery and a failed video card. Most companies like Geek Squad overcharge you, but I got my PC fixed for $78!!!!!! Jason did a fantastic job at a fair price. Please, if you need work like this done, take it to Randy's!!! read more

I had a bios issue that was disabling my monitor from getting a signal from the PC, I expected minimum $100 nope $45 charge AND they moved my RTX 2070 to a more optimal slot free of charge!! I was visiting when the hard drive on my laptop died. Was guided here by a relative. Got a solid state replacement at a reasonable price and it runs many times faster than before. I later bought a used desktop at a nice price, and it works well. But I suggest making sure you always make backups, as they can't recreate lost files. read more

Went in Randy's computers to purchase a new machine after having bought other systems only to find out Randy is no longer at the store. Jason has taken ownership and to be honest I didn't purchase a machine and I will never return to this store. The proces have skyrocketed compared to when Randy was owner and that friendly feeling walking in is gone. The store is in disarray, Jason's attitude was highly unprofessional and not welcoming at all. It's sad that Randy is gone and this man has all but ruined the reason why I was such a loyal customer for years. Customers beware!!! This is not the place it used to be and you can find the same machines for a fraction of the price elsewhere. read more

I just recently visited this place and was going to sell my Compaq Presario laptop for cash but they only have me ten bucks but the laptop was six hundred and ninety nine dollars when I bought it eight years ago at Wal-Mart near me. They will rip you off and the place has a very bad oder when you come in thw building. I highly suggest everyone to stand clear from this business at all costs. read more
