One of the employees looked under the hood and realized that a belt was completely missing. A lot less expensive than an alternator. The tow was requested at 8:26pm and the tow truck was there by 9:06pm. This is the fastest service we have gotten any time we have used our Roadside Assitance. I was told I'd have to wait 25 min, at the most. At 3:53pm NOBODY had arrived & NOBODY had called to explain. So, I called and was told the driver "thought" I was at an intersection, (a location I never provided), and when I explained I had given an exact address, the man changed his story and said the driver had another towing "emergency," which was why he never showed up. Can anyone explain what's more emergent that being on the side of the road, in a broken down vehicle, across town? Nobody even BOTHERED to call and explain that he would be late, let alone that they were't gonna show up at all! What a horrible way to treat people. Luckily, there are other road side assistance services that have a shred of decency, and will happily step-in when bad businesses drop the ball. Collins Towing, in Huber Heights, stepped-up. Not only did he inflate my tire on the spot, but he followed me to the repair shop, where we arrived 10 minutes before 5, when they were scheduled to close. Thanks for nothing, T's. I made sure to tell the guys at the tire shop that plugged mine for me, that you stiffed me and left me on the side of the road.

My 79 year old fathers old car broke down, the front tire started coming off and he pulled of the road into a driveway. He had my mom pick him and the next day they found the car was being towed. There was NO DAMAGE to the car other than the wheel before being towed. My mom seen the car when she picked him up. I seen the car the day before that. After the car was loaded off the flatbed the entire front quarter panel and hood is buckled inwards and falling off. There is major body damage. I would get another company if you possibly can. He also charged them 245 dollars for a tow.
