On my most recent visit, the technician removed a tire that had a slow air leak, tested it, told me he couldn't identify a leak, and reinstalled the tire with no charge. In the course of the tire inspection, he had apparently taken the tire off and on the rim. The leak that had resulted in a decrease in tire pressure from 32 psi to 20 psi in a week was resolved. The tire has stopped leaking air. Problem solved! Definitely recommend Neace Tire!

At no time did he seem to be trying to sell me anything - in fact, when I told him I could wait on a couple things I'd originally asked for, he simply took those off the sheet. When I came to pick up my vehicle, I was delighted to find that no one had readjusted my seat or pedals (I'm short and am forever having to set everything back the way I like it!). It was perfectly clean inside, not a smudge of grease or dirt anywhere. No fingerprints on the hood or the rest of the body. Nothing! They have definitely earned another customer for life - and I'm one to tell friends about good mechanics, too.

As a paying member, I expect a standard of decency and a family-friendly environment, but my recent visit was entirely inappropriate. A male customer was walking through the store wearing nothing but a t-shirt and what appeared to be an adult diaper, man panties which left him completely exposed in both the front and the back. It was an incredibly indecent display that forced parents to cover their children's eyes while other customers were openly filming and laughing at the situation. Despite bringing this immediately to the attention of multiple employees and expressing that this was completely inappropriate for a store filled with young children, absolutely nothing was done. Management completely failed to address the issue or enforce any basic dress code or decency standards. I expect much better oversight for a store that requires a paid membership.

The place is absolutely freezing inside so if you come here note there is no temperature difference between the inside and outside and the service is horrible. I had made an appointment and arrived on time and stated I'd be waiting for it. I sat in the waiting room for at least a half hour before my car was moved from the parking lot. It was moved into the garage, hoisted into the air and sat there without being worked on. It has taken them 2 hours to complete!! 2 hours!!!!!!!!! Needless to say my day is shot. Since I was now very concerned about my safety and the longevity of my car, I decided to get a second opinion from the dealership the car was purchased from. I voiced everything the National Tire and Battery place had told me to the dealership. They then did a safety check and concluded that absolutely nothing was wrong with the car. I had been taking my car here since I purchased it in 2022. I was happy because they always were…read moreable to fix everything quickly, even though it was costing me $300 here, $500 there. I was just happy to keep my car on the road, serviced, and in working order. Then came another dilemma! They told me it would be $3,800. In fact, that's what made me sell the car! I figured if I take my savings and purchase something else, I'd stop sinking my money into a car that required me to spend money everyone I turned around. What I didn't know is that the person who said my trouble was $3,800 was 100% wrong! The problem was a very minor one. The total cost was $165! The person who purchased my car told me whoever advised me it was almost $4k was not being honest and taking advantage of me. This is the exact reason women do not trust mechanics. I would advise any woman needing car maintenance or diagnosing of issues to take their care to a shop with a history in the community of being honest and a straight shooter. I feel foolish for raving about how awesome they were (to their face) and then to discover my car was $165 fix solution, but I sold it because that repair was half the cost of what I purchased the car for initially. If you do go here for diagnostic and it ends up being in the couple of thousands, be sure to get it in writing, then go take your car to a mom &pops shop for confirmation. This review at least will ensure that other women will get a second opinion for quotes by anyone here at this tire shop. I'm disappointed in these guys who seemed so honest, and could stare me in the face and tell me my car needed major work, when it didn't! But at least I feel better being able to help others use the good judgement I didn't. To clarify my earlier statement because I can't edit without erasing and starting over, I meant to say their quote was half the cost of what I paid for the car initially. I'm glad I popped in here when my battery light came on, and I'll definitely come back. PROS: -Everybody is so freakin' friendly here. You'll primarily interact with the two front desk employees who do what they say they're going to do at a level that's pretty impressive. ("We'll email you a full workup of your car, and if you don't call us within the half hour, we'll call you to make sure you've received it.") -They offer courtesy rides to/from where you need to be. If you need to drop off your car mid-day, they can take you back to work. If you need to pick it up mid-day, they can come get you from work to pick up your car at the mechanic. When I had to take my car here unexpectedly and planned to have to take an Uber, they were happy to get me home at no cost to me. -Full price transparency. Even when working up the work order just to take a look at what was wrong with my battery, the service manager, Eric, flipped his computer screen around and talked me through what every charge was and why it was there before I agreed to the look. After they knew what was wrong, it was the exact same process, with a full itemized plan (taxes and all fees included!) with the out-the-door price to know what you're getting yourself into. -They also run a full "complete car health" check on your car. I'm unsure if you can opt out of this, but it was really helpful, honestly. You receive a full online list of Green, Yellow, and Red items of concern about your vehicle along with pictures and explanations of everything to do a bit of reading yourself. This is SO nice for reading at your leisure instead of feeling bad taking up someone's time while they have a line out the door of customers waiting on them. -Zero pushiness on any service. When I opted out of one of the "Red" services, Eric was super friendly, explained what the potential risks would be, and let me know what a good "you really gotta get this done for your safety" timeline would be. -Car was returned just the way I gave it to them. No extra dirt or anything else. -They were able to get my car done within the day with no problem - even when I came back, without an appointment (see below), a second time! -I never waited in line. With two front desk staff members, there was never a time where I was on hold on the phone or waiting in the office. There was always someone to help me - and fast! -They have an after-hours lockbox for dropping off your keys AND picking them up. I feel so much more secure with my key locked up instead of the usual mechanic placements somewhere on the car. CONS: -After returning my car to me with the issue "fixed", the battery light was back on in my car within a day. Super weird. However, I brought it back in (rides, again, were offered to me!), and they redid the work at zero cost to me. My guess would be one of the parts was DOA when they put it in, and their short test drives didn't trigger the same wear on it as driving home did. -The work was a bit more expensive than my mechanic friends said it "would" have been at other places. Not price gouging or anything ridiculous, but just be aware that it might be a bit more expensive to fund all of those fantastic customer-first experiences you get to enjoy.
