Having given credit where it is due, I would not be telling the full story without mentioning some serious issues: (1) They were hired on March 10. They said they would do the job the week of March 16; that week came and went with no work done (and no update of any kind). The delay continued until March 31, when I basically said it was now or never. The main issue was a lack of coordination with the electric company. (2) All work was completed on March 31. I got the bill on May 18. Due date: May 18! The electrician was there 2 hours, but the bill was for 3.5 hours. Bottom line: I chose Leading Edge over lower bids, but knowing everything I know now, I would make a different choice.

Can I trust them with my most valuable possession? And to top it all off, I was just coming off of being sick for a long time. I was stressed to say the least. I starting calling numbers that I could find for local contractors on Google. I didn't want some independent who would take my money and run. I wanted someone who at least had an office and ratings that I could verify. I set appointments with 3 different contractors, to get bids. The first company basically (without putting it in words) told me that my house was not worth their time. Cody Burch with Resolutions came out with one of his foremen and measured and looked around. The house was rough, no doubt, but Cody was sure I would end up loving it when it was done. But I had one more contractor to get a bid from. I can't even remember who the third contractor was but his price close to Resolutions. When I tried to call him back, I didn't get a response (I may have dodged a bullet there). Long story short, I believe the Cody and Resolutions was put here to help me, and they did. My house went from the scary Halloween house with the peeling paint and the nasty siding to a nice, respectable home! The crew was fast, courteous and friendly and I can't sing their praises enough. I have a stack of their business cards, and being in the real estate industry, will recommend them to anyone asking. Bless you all for what you have done. Jeremy does INCREDIBLE work! I want to tell everybody I know about how thorough he is and what a great job he does! We've had a few others before we found him and the work they did was definitely not that good, but Jeremy and @Longmont Handyman Services LLC is the real deal! He is so meticulous with his work and everything looks beautiful! He wasn't afraid to tackle the mold and gross stuff in both our tubs to remove every bit of old caulk and then re-caulk them beautifully! He even researched our one tub to find out that it actually SHOULDN'T have been caulked previously in the first place, so he removed all of it and saved us from making the mistake of having it caulked again! He is so good at educating us about stuff around our rental house, which we really appreciated and needed to hear! He fixed our front door that used to SLAM shut and now it shuts so gently! He was mindful of our indoor-only cats and made sure to never let them out. He's very friendly, too, and we had some really cool conversations. He communicates via text very well and is VERY good about working around my constantly-changing schedule! We would trust him with anything we need done.
