This left me no choice but to reach out to her boss, Melanie. I did this because I did not want the seller to be "left in the dark" and sued due to Ellie's lack of responsiveness. After speaking with Melanie's manager, the situation was even worse. She was dismissive, rude, and defensive. She tried to claim that we should have all "communicated" about removing appliances which is completely ABSURD. The contract is clear: once funds are released and closing occurs, the seller has no right to enter the home or remove anything. This is not a matter of "he said, she said."
