Luckily for us, my husband's best woman had been in two weddings where she had Janis as her makeup artist. She had been so impressed with her both times, we knew that the Beautiful Faces team would treat our people right. Even our mothers, who are not used to wearing much makeup or having other people do it, commented on how beautiful and glamorous they felt. And they looked it! Janis even did some light makeup and skin evening for me and my husband, which came out great for the pictures. Both Janis and her hairstylist did an excellent job of making the whole wedding party feel at ease. They have such an easygoing, friendly, and humorous nature that calms all your nerves. I appreciated, too, that she explained every step she was taking so that nothing came as a surprise. I would absolutely recommend Beautiful Faces to anyone!

I wanted someone with a decent portfolio so I could see the results I could expect from their work. After seeing Natasha's stuff online I immediately decided to shoot her an email. My wife has use this salon three time and and every…read moretime it's been an ordeal. -The first time I went with her and they stuck her with some body that wouldn't even talked to her not sure what was the problem it was the most uncomfortable and awkward situation. ($150 cut/wash) -The second time my wife was giving then a second chance so she went back and this time some how she managed to get the owner i believe to work on her her. She proceeded to tell her what she wanted (to color her hair platinum) they talked about the process and she was told that it would be two appointment for the process. Again another shitshow but some how managed to get through it. The hair was not cut correctly the job was not perfect but she had to go back anyways ($180 cut/color/style) -The third and final time WILL NOT BE EVER RETURNING OR RECOMMENDING ANYONE TO IT. So my wife had made a follow up appointment with the owner to finish her coloring and hair style appointment. 1st error owner doesn't provide a hair book, 2nd error owner doesn't remember what she had done previously, 3rd error owner spent over two hours putting foil on hair 4th error owner starts panicking because the color or what ever she is doing is not working 5th error owner is on phone asking what to do and phone goes on speaker by accident and automatic hangs up then proceed to ask my wife "who dye her hair last, what color did they used" my wife proceeded to tell her that it was her(owner) 6th error owner proceeded to tell my wife "oh your hair is is turning sea green color , let me fix it, oh sorry now it's a blueish gray oh and by the way (I'M GOING TO CHARGE YOU FOR ALL THE COLOR AND FOIL AND CRAP THAT I USED TO FIX/TRY TO FIX MY ERROR) the prices is ($300 for a horrible horrible hair coloring job and not even a hair cut just color) -So by this time after hearing the total price my wife is in shock trying to hold her anger and tears and doesn't know what to say so she pays and leave because she didn't want her hair to fall. -So now I'm in the process of getting the money that she had to over pay for someone else mistake. This is ridiculous....

At the very first appointment she went over the basics, care, cleaning, brushing, etc. I have followed her to any location change she's done throughout the years ever since. She is an amazing and knowledgeable esthetician. I'm not ashamed to admit I had quite the 90s pencil eyebrows look going on when we started out. She let me know in the sweetest yet honest way that my eyebrows needed a change. She is warm, welcoming and easy going. When it comes to scheduling she will do her best to work around your schedule and accommodate you as best she can. The way she does eyelash extensions is a true skill. I constantly get compliments on mine and recommend her to everyone I know. Our appointments always seem to go by in the blink of an eye, whether we are catching up on gossip, having a somewhat therapy session on my personal life or she's letting me catch up on much needed sleep during my lash naps. Her timeliness is very important to me because of my work schedule and mom life/finding a babysitter. Cindy has become like family to me and I appreciate all that she has done and continues to do!

She offered to fix it but whenever I tried to reschedule with her it was hard to find a time that worked and she wasn't really following up/responsive. Overall, it wasn't worth the money for me and there are far better places nearby that can give you what you're looking for.
