What was advertised as a smooth, all-inclusive trip turned into a mess of hidden fees, downgraded hotels, and poor communication. Instead of private transfers, we were put on public buses and charged extra transportation fees that were never mentioned up front. The hotel in Prague that was supposed to be 4-star ended up being a noisy 2-star guesthouse with no AC or elevator. One of the guided tours was canceled without notice and no refund was offered. Customer support was a nightmare--calls went unanswered, emails took almost a week, and when I finally reached someone, they told me to sort things out with the hotel myself. Even my damaged luggage, which SkyTours agreed in writing to reimburse, still hasn't been paid back weeks later. If you're considering booking with SkyTours , beware of hidden costs and unreliable service. I would not recommend.
