The management team is friendly, pleasant to work with, and willing to assist you with insurance claims. The doctors are my favorites. They are friendly and knowledgeable of the latest treatments for orthodontic appliances and treatments. It is easy to understand the recommended procedures, and each one ensures you understand the steps necessary to reach your dental goal. I am accustomed to having my orthodontist giving me an update every visit I make, even with illustrations which is nice to see where I stand in my treatment plan. Currently undergoing invisalign treatment; although I have had ortho in the past this new treatment was very different. The clinical team was very insightful in all aspects of my treatment, from instructions on the usage of the trays to their storage and maintenance. I did not feel confused or lost since I was given clear instructions each step of the way.
