No wonder there is no wait when you visit this urgent care. This place sucks! My experience was…read moreextremely frustrating and highlighted serious issues with both patient care and communication. I took my mom here last Friday for a persistent cough, and by Monday her condition had not improved. When I tried to schedule an appointment with her primary care physician, I was told they needed records from the urgent care visit before they could properly evaluate her. I called the urgent care and was told obtaining the records would be simple--just come in and request them. Unfortunately, that was far from the case. Once I arrived, I received conflicting information from multiple staff members. One person indicated the employee who handled records was on break. Another staff member attempted to make a copy of the medical record but was told they could not. Then I was informed that my mom needed to provide written authorization. As I prepared to have my mom send that authorization, another employee stated that the request had to come directly from her primary care physician. The lack of consistency and clear guidance was both confusing and unacceptable, especially when timely access to medical records is essential for continued care. Patients and their families should not have to navigate contradictory instructions simply to obtain records related to their own treatment. Which process is actually correct? Why is it so difficult to access medical records when prompt medical follow-up depends on them?

Pleasant, almost all pristine white interior. Quiet, serene, no music even soothing meditational. By appointment only. Staff is also Japanese-English bilingual. They are friendly, conscientious, gracious. Dr. Suzuki is not my physician, but I go to the office often due to aging relatives for any medically related issues.

I had a great experience here! I usually don't write reviews, but since I read some bad reviews…read more(mainly talking about the rude receptionist), I thought I need to write it! I went to this office in May 2022 for the first time. The receptionist was nice (I guess the rude one is gone now), no problem. The nurse seemed very busy but efficiently working and she explained me the procedures well. Dr. Suzuki was professional, but with warm personality. She took time to listen to me and gave me some advice. I went there for the yearly check up this time. I could see the result on the patient portal online after a couple of days. So you don't need to make another appointment to hear the result from doctor. (If you have issues in the result, they will call you.) I'm glad I chose Dr. Suzuki for my primary care doctor. Japanese is my first language, so I feel easy and relieved being seen by a Japanese doctor too.
