He went way above and beyond what I expected. He thoroughly cleaned and treated the mold, extracted an unbelievable amount of dirt from the carpets and seats, cleaned out all of the vents, removed and cleaned out the rat's nest, and even cleaned under the hood and around the engine cover. Not only was the quality of work outstanding, but he was very helpful, honest, and professional throughout the entire process. He got me in within just a few days of calling and even fit me in on a Sunday. The amount of work he did for the price he charged was more than fair. My car looks, smells, and feels like a completely different vehicle. If you're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and truly goes the extra mile, this is the person to call. They installed an outlet that was not what I wanted even after I was clear with me request. The owner lied to my husband and said that is the outlet I wanted. They also ripped a piece of my flooring and denied doing it. I asked for a discount because of the wrong outlet and The ripped floor and it was like pulling teeth. Asked for a $200 discount, but the owner only offered a $100 discount. Then he got aggressive and said "if you don't give me my money I will never be back to your house".
