I cancelled this service today It got worse, the tech that came to get the equipment, was asked to move his car to a parking spot instead of in front of the home, he basically said "he would when he was ready", when asked to leave our home he cursed my wife and I. Michael (the tech) left our home with a damaged wall, removed the camera from the front door and left wires dangling and pulled the siding when he removed the camera from the rear and left wires haning all oover.
