I had initially asked for recommendations for electrician but appreciated that he reached out privately to explain what I would need done. Adam immediately offered to come over and look at what I would need done and provided a free estimate. His communication / response time was quick and professional. Throughout the estimate he was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. After receiving the quote, he provided his card and without pressuring whatsoever said to call if I was interested. I caught Matt Gough on the phone and instead of sending someone over, he emailed me the program pdf to see if we could take care of the issue ourselves, with no charge and no hassle. 15 minutes later, we were good to go. This is the type of service that deserves 5 stars- the fact that he helped us out without having any prior business together. Then to cancel the service they have you talk to a rep and transfer you to another rep in hopes you'll get frustrated and hang up. I cancelled this service today It got worse, the tech that came to get the equipment, was asked to move his car to a parking spot instead of in front of the home, he basically said "he would when he was ready", when asked to leave our home he cursed my wife and I. Michael (the tech) left our home with a damaged wall, removed the camera from the front door and left wires dangling and pulled the siding when he removed the camera from the rear and left wires haning all oover. He cursed my wife in front of my grandkids. I will never allow this company into any of my homes and you shouldn't either.
