When you place order there is a option that 'It will give you estimate how much it will cost you'. Based on that I confirmed i will pay $34 and insurance will cover $98. Otherwise Amazon could have costed me $60. So i went ahead and confirmed order. I received my package sometime in January. Then out of no where I received a bill of $98. I wondered why am i receiving this bill now. When i called them, they told me my insurance doesn't cover anything. I got confused, Why my insurance was covering $98 in January and suddenly after two months it's not covering. I called them multiple times and asked them take your package return, And then they are telling me Return window is just 30 days. So how they are scamming people is, 1. first they will call you ensure you, it will cost amount. 2. And wait for return window pass by. 3. After that they will send you invoice which you eventually have to Pay. Now i received a letter that threatening it to send to Attorney or collection agency.

They said I returned the scooter before the month was up, and that was their reason! That is a pure BS reason!!! They charged my charge card for the entire month rental of the equipment, and BCBS would have paid it in full to them, but they didn't want to be bothered. What the heck does it matter if I returned the equipment a week early? They were charging the same either way. BCBS spoke with the same girl that I had to deal with when I went to their office to rent the scooter, and she acted like I was totally bothering her to ask questions about anything! Pure laziness! I guess they thought since they charged my charge card already then why should they bother making the effort to resubmit the claim!!!!!!!!! Total BS! ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY!

This local pharmacy has great service compared to the larger box store pharmacies. A little over a…read moreyear ago I switched from a box store pharmacy to the Medicine Shoppe in Jeannette. It was a great decision! My prescriptions are always ready, and it does not take 20 minutes to fill a prescription like other large pharmacies. Im usually in and out of there within a minute or two. Parking is great and is about 10-20 steps from the entrance. The staff is always friendly, and they have a nice selection of other medical products/supplies. Highly recommend making the switch!
