This purchase/refund of snowballed into realizing the severe state of failure that DicksSportingGoods is in at the current time. The penned response was obviously written with guidelines that must've come from a very prosthetic source. This person also used pronouns with their signature which shows me that Dick's is political and the company probably must support the left side. I do not support nor want to hear or read anything regarding politics when I am spending my hard earned heavily taxed dollars. The long and short of my experience, which will go on the Dicks website, as well as yelp is that Dick's Sporting Goods purchased Chick's sporting goods. Chicks was a high end, customized, and heavily customer service oriented business. Their hard-working employees (which most of were athletes and worked in the department of the sport they played) did not pass the buck, and they truly (from their hearts), cared about the goals and needs of their customers/fellow athletes. I believe that Dick's is the classic fool-company of some rich lazy person whom believed that they could ride off the coattails of hard-working American athletes by replacing them with the lowest paid person off the street. Think again! I would make a bet in Vegas that dicks will fold in the next five years due to sheer LAZINESS!

I am very upper-middle-class, and I thought that many of the prices were high, such as $60 for a basic t-shirt. We bought socks, sneakers, and a t-shirt, which had high prices but are a very good quality. The cashiers promptly rang up our purchases and thanked us.

Next we were looking for a pistol for me. I explained to Dave that I tried shooting a Remington 380 and it was too difficult for me I don't have the strength in my hand to squeeze the trigger. He showed my husband and I, a Smith & Wesson 380 and truly educated me and taught me how to properly handle my new pistol. So my husband purchased me my new Smith & Wesson. Btw I was thrilled and so happy. This review is truly about Dave, what an amazing salesman who spent the time needed with me to want this gun. Because I felt comfortable and learned gun handling and safety I want to say "thank you" to Big Buck for hiring a truly awesome employee who cares and listens to the buyer. But the good thing is they have everything you need or want. And the store stands behind everything that they sell. The only bad thing is I wish I still lived in Wexford Pa. I love Pa but had to move south when my Wife and I retired because of health issues. But at 73 years old I still go back home every year to go Deer hunting. Pa has the best hunting out of every state. It's not that we were promised countless times that the jacket would be here next week, only stop by the store and be told find it still hadn't shown up. The real reason you shouldn't buy from the store is the complete and total lack of concern that was shown by the owner. As you can imagine, we were fairly frustrated with the delay yet we were always kind and respectful. My daughter purchased this jacket and she was so looking forward to wearing it. After almost 30 days I finally asked to speak to the owner. He simply told me that his current supplier no longer carried the jacket, and he was ordering it from another supplier - no remorse, no sense of urgency. He assured me it would arrive with 10 days. Almost a month and two conversations later, still nothing. We finally requested our money back. Don't confuse the owner's complete disregard for customer care with the kindness shown by the people behind the counter. I'm sure they felt embarrassed for the way we have been treated - my daughter excitedly going into the store after school, week after week, only for them to tell her they still didn't have it. I don't like writing such a negative review, but I think that the only way the owner will change his ways is if he suffers a lack of business. Perhaps he will then figure out that treating customers well is important, and others won't go through the same thing we did.

I have been a customer of this Target a few times…read more For the first time that I used this Target, I received my merchandise at my house through the service Shipt. (If you plan to use Shipt, please read my first review below.) For the next couple of times, I visited this Target to shop in person. As you most likely already know, Target is a department store, and its departments including clothing, shoes, furniture, home decor, office supplies, electronics, toys, health products, beauty products, etcetera. Prices are low to moderate. During my visits, I thought that the selection of products was decent but not large. Nonetheless, I did find most products that I had intended to purchase. The employees wore face masks, and they politely said hello and excuse me as they walked up and down the aisles. My cashiers were nice also, and they accurately rung up my purchases.
