When I arrived, I waited no more than two minutes and was assisted right away. The staff was very welcoming, and the overall Live Scan process was swift and didn't take much time to complete. Two months later, I called to see if they still had my ATI number available since I had misplaced it after getting fingerprinted. The lady on the phone explained that they usually don't keep that information after 30 days, but she checked to see if she could still find it--and she was able to provide me with the ATI number I needed. She also explained that I had been approved for my CTEC license, which made me very excited. The level of help and understanding they showed regarding my concern was truly above and beyond. I highly recommend Alcaraz Insurance Services not only for their fair prices, but also for the high quality of service they provide to their clients. 5+++ stars all around :)

Even though he did not have any reviews on yelp at the time of reaching out, his prompt, friendly, and informative messaging let me knew that he and his business were more than legitimate. What set him apart too was the fact that he's mobile, which is incredible convenient - I was able to schedule an appointment outside of my own home! The entire process took no more than 10 minutes and I was able to pay via Zelle, which saved me the trip to the ATM that I'd normally have to make for UPS. A $30 transfer, a fingerprint scan, and a handshake later, I'm an incredibly satisfied customer. I cannot recommend Tim and his business enough for all of your Live Scan needs! You need to drive through to the back of the building to park. Inside its got a sign right in front of its door so you know exactly where they are located. Its a fairly small office with friendly helpful face's. The office isn't much to look at but its an old building. Son came in and was out within 5 minutes. The lady and gentleman working were helpful and friendly. The prices are reasonable. Also love that it's a small business and a woman owned business!
