I ordered a lowboy for dirt & cement for $750.00, he then charged me an extra $260.00 because the dirt had a few roots from grass, but nothing out of the ordinary, he never told me what the extra charge would be, so the small container ended up over $1,000.00. Where I have rented big containers for $550.00. He's probably going to say this is a false review like he did on another customer. People please don't use this company. He may have got me for an extra $260.00, but he'll loose thousands due to his customer service & lies. I used them for a roll off on a job site. Terrible customer service. Also claimed that we put red brick but in reality it was red cinderblock which is considered concrete. Never got one phone call for my approval to charge me an extra $260.00. Just simply charged me with also no proof the red brick existed. I have complete photos of before we demoed anything in the yard and not one photo has brick in it. I sent the photos and received no response. The company simply took my money and charged. In these tough times we have companies doing people dirty and I am not one to ever post a review. This is not good for the community. I do not recommend. read more
