I originally selected another company (who will remain un-named) and they FLAKED. I was panicked. I saved up and had people coming to help. I called Clean Up Cali and they came through in a huge way! By 2 PM the bin had not arrived despite the text letting me know it would arrive between 12 and 1 PM I canceled the delivery because there was no point in having the bin after the workers had gone. They tried to deliver the bin at 4 PM despite my cancellation. And then I was charged $75 for canceling, even though they are the ones who failed to deliver when they said they would. To make matters worse, when I called to ask for the full refund, the person on the phone. (same guy who had processed the order) was super rude, sarcastically asking if I know that he doesn't control traffic. Completely unnecessary.
