I have read the comments from other people and I have not had a bad experience with this company yet. I'm a real estate investor and they have done 3 bathrooms for me successfully and have scheduled them to do the 4th today. Very reliable, great pricing and I get great customer service. I rehab in the Ft. Lauderdale area and am in no way related to this company. But I see fit to share positive feedback from someone in the business. I've been burnt before by other contractors and it's not fun so I know the frustration but these guys have taken care of me repeatedly. read more

Rapid Shower & Mirror - The last shower they did for me! - Glass & Mirrors Near Me - Hialeah, Florida

If I could select zero stars I would or better yet a negative star would better suit this scam artist company. Please heed my warning and do not use this company! My original review was very good with five stars. I am now convinced these prior reviews are fake or family members of this horrible individual who completely knows nothing of this industry or what he is doing. I ordered a barn door style shower door. Robert (owner/installer) came out and installed the door. It took him and entire day to do it and struggled immensely. We moved into our new home and did not use that shower right away as it is our guest bathroom on the first floor. About 3 weeks later my parents came to stay with us and while using the bathroom shower door showed us it would not open and close smoothly. So I called Robert 3x before I got a response. I had to call his wife who is the one you reach when you want an English speaker, she then called him and he then said he'd come out to look at the door. Already was fishy. He shows up tightens the door with an L wrench and says that's all it needed. The next morning I try to open and close the door it's back to how it was before he showed up. At this point I tried to reach him again. Now he is completely not answering my phone calls, reading my text messages and choosing not to respond and his wife is doing the exact same thing. They are both complete and total scam artists. Terrible people who I don't know how they can sleep at night knowing they have stollen from good hard working people who did nothing to them other than give them business! Please save your time money any sanity and go with another company who will stand behind their work 100%. I have since had a different company come out and I was informed that the work that Robert did was completely incorrect! He installed the doors backwards with the barn door on the inside and the fixed door on the outside! He also did not level the bottom of the door so the reason why it would get stuck soon opening/closing is because it was hitting the tile and getting jammed! All of this caused water to pour out as the shower was turned on as if there was not even a door in place. Complete imbecile. read more

Buyer beware. This company improperly installed my shower door, and have refused to help fix any of the problems. First, the door wasn't sealed properly. Second, it was not correctly leveled so would not open and close properly. To top it all off, it was installed incorrectly so it is impossible to use without water leaks or damage to the shower tile. Since discovering these issues, the contractors refuse to answer any phone calls and refuse to refund our money. They even laughed at the fact that they stole money from me and bragged that they can get away with it. That's right...THEY BRAGGED ABOUT STEALING MY MONEY!! Do yourself a favor. Go somewhere else. Don't trust the good reviews. This is a terrible company. read more

They did three bathroom shower doors for me and were so fast and reasonable. I had a small issue afterwards in on bathroom and they came right back and fixed it right away. I'd recommend them for any glass project you have. read more

If every company in South Florida were as professional, helpful, and honest as Rapid Shower, it would be a dream. We were left out in the cold, halfway through an elaborate glass floating stair installation, by a horrible glass contractor who we are now suing for not meeting any of his obligations. We called the company who recently installed us with shower enclosures and mirrors without incident... Rapid Glass. They always show up on time, with great pricing and dedication to perfection. These are quality people, providing above average service. They completed the job quickly, and even went the extra mile when necessary to resolve unforeseen problems caused by the previous contractor... I could not recommend them more!! :) read more

Do yourself a favor and do not hire this company for any work in your home. They are a horrible company and a scam. I hired them to install a shower panel door in my bathroom and they botched the job. One of the holes they drilled into the wall pierced a water line and as a result I had a leak in my bathroom wall which required that I hire a plumbing company to break down part of the wall so that they could locate and repair the leak. Now I have to hire another contractor to fix my wall and retile at great cost to me. When I contacted Rapid Shower about the damage, they at first ignored my attempts. Then, after I sent them photos of the damaged wall showing where the drilling hit the water line, the owner had the audacity to call me just to tell me that if I took them to court that they would win! They took zero responsibility for the shoddy work and damage caused! Worse yet, the owner laughed about it. So if you came to this page to check out this company, make sure to read the negative reviews. Don't believe some of the positive reviews, they are obviously from family or friends, written from people out of state, like Newark, New Jersey, or parts of the state nowhere near the Miami area, like Wauchula. You have been warned about this company. Do your research, you can do better. read more
