The appointment was for a LOF, tire rotation and washer repair. Brett e-mailed us photos of the air filter and cabin filter. Both clearly showed that they needed replaced and we approved this. What a terrific idea...we had never had pics sent to us while our vehicle was being worked on. Brilliant! The local auto conglomerate had told us a few months back that our rear brakes were 2/32 and needed immediate replacement. While rotating our tires today, Fadely's notes that the rear brake pads (both sides, inner and outer) in fact measure 7/32. Wow! One guess what we think of that other shop (dealership) now. The cherry on top of the sundae was our bill was about $25 less than quoted. What an awesome experience we had with Brett Fadely! Quality work, an honest price, even a thorough explanation when picking up our vehicle. A-plus!

Total joke! he tells me I see you will need inspection and emission in a month and a half you won't be able to get it with check engine light on I'm wanna the only shops that can take care of that for you and gives me the stickers didnt pass inspection or emissions He should have did the right thing and fix my catalytic converter for cost of the converter with no charge for doing it absolutely not a good person he said sorry multiple times but guess what my check engine light still on throwing same code I went in there for and he is fine with that THATS NOT A GOOD PERSON.

I've been a long time customer since 2019 and have never been disappointed. They replaced my brakes, and when they wore out abnormally early, they replaced them free of charge. The owner always recognizes me, asks me how I've been, and it feels good knowing I'm more than just a number. Most recently they squeezed me in during their busy schedule as my tire valve cores broke and I needed them replaced ASAP and I'm extremely grateful. Their quality of work is the best around and I plan on returning next time I need them, as it has been for years.

He felt for sure it was a transmission issue. He took it to Firestone. They "ran diagnostics" and told him he needed a tune up with new spark plugs. Great! Not what we had expected to hear. They performed the tune up and sparkly replacement, we paid the $624 and when he turned on the car he heard a terrible whining noise. He turned it off and went back in to the shop. They told him that they can "run diagnostics" the next day. We waited all day to hear from them, finally my husband called and they told it was the transmission! So we wasted $624 when they should've told us about the transmission the day before! Had we been able to make an educated decision on Saturday, we would've taken it to a shop that could tell us about what we needed with the transmission. We feel swindled out of our money! While $624 to Firestone isn't a lot of money, $624 is A LOT of money to hard working people! A full refund should be given to us for this poor service! Shame on you! Firestone just lost a customer and worse, will have future bad word of mouth advertising.

My most recent alignment only took 20 minutes. They have coffee, restrooms and a TV that only ever plays Friends whenever I'm there. They're also nice enough to do alignments sooner than the every 6 months policy and they've never tried to trick me like some other shops. Highly recommended for the lifetime alignment.
