I've had nothing but frustration trying to deal with this GameStop location. I've been calling for…read moredays to check on Nintendo Switch 2 stock, and no one ever picks up the phone. I get that stores can be busy, but it's unacceptable to have zero response, especially during a major console launch. When I finally visited in person in July, they had no stock of the Switch 2 or even basic accessories, and the staff seemed clueless about when they'd get more. This isn't the first time--every time I check, their shelves are empty for anything in demand. The store itself was messy, and the one employee working was overwhelmed with no help. GameStop needs to step up their customer service and actually keep products in stock. I'm done wasting my time here and will shop elsewhere.

I love everything about this bookstore; The smell, the look, the no pressure vibe, the books, the stuff. You get the idea. Also, Andrew is a gem. He is nowledgeable, helpful, funny and very personable. My hubby was with me and he found some comic books and left very happy. I purchased a cookbook and will return for a couple of really cute Lego sets. All thumbs up fingers AND toes!!
