I've been in this Tmobile location several times in the past and received good service - prompt…read moregreeting and acknowledgement even if the staff was busy, and and true effort to help me resolve whatever my issue, concern or goal was - whether it be problems with my phone, purchasing a new phone, etc. Today I stopped in only to purchase a phone charger. There were 3 reps/sales people there, all assisting other customers. I took my time picking out a charger, sat on the bench waiting for someone to finish up with customers to help me, ring the charger up, etc. Except no one ever even acknowledged my presence even while looking right at me. I put the charger back on the shelf and left. I said to one rep "I'm putting this back." Again, a blank stare with no words. I'll go to Walmart and buy one. Three stars for today's experience is generous, but as I stated, I've been here before and had better overall experience. I note that none of the familiar salespeople were there. Perhaps they've changed staff.

Want to share experience with this store wi the all of you. Went to get my T-Mobile screen…read moreprotector replacement that I paid for in August of 2022, which I have gotten a new one about 7 times at this specific store in the past two years with no issue. Spoke to Ibrahim that day and he said that I couldn't get the screen protector as it was put on another number on the account, which was odd in itself considering I never had an issue before. He said the only solution was to purchase a new one for $30, complete rip off and scam. Next trip I went because the T-Mobile insurance (assistant) said I could drop off the phone to the authorized retailer, so I decided to do that since I wanted a receipt that the phone was dropped off to them. Immediately, Shay gave me a direct attitude and told me that they don't do that there. We asked to speak to the store manager who was present at the time John E., he also said that they don't do that there and never has. Why are we lying to customers and giving bad referrals? Please don't ever treat people this way. Screenshot is attached of what the T-Mobile Protection 360 tells you to do with the phone. This is a corporate owned store, we did ask to speak to the District GM and was told no by John E. I do not expect an automated reply to this and expect better from any company overall.

I purchased a $75 Verizon prepaid hotspot device expecting a simple, standalone WiFi option --…read moresomething I could manage independently without needing access to the main account (which I'm only a family member on, not the account holder). I was told that once I used up my prepaid data, I'd receive an email prompting me to renew or purchase more GB. That sounded convenient -- until it wasn't. I returned to this Verizon store frustrated but expecting a quick top-up. Instead, I was told I needed to verify account info, which defeats the whole point of getting a separate prepaid device. If I wanted it tied to the main account, I would've gone through that headache from the start. I lost it when -- the employee asked me to physically open the back of the device to access info. I have nerve damage in my right arm and I was already triggered by having to be there... so I walked out. At activation, all I had to do was pay. But now that I actually want to use what I paid for, I'm being dragged through verification steps defeating the goal of convenience. I'm absolutely certain there are more options out there. I left that store saying I'd rather throw the device in the garbage. And honestly, I still might. Do better, Verizon.

I discovered this shop off a basic google search for the area I was in at the time. I initially…read morespoke to one of the tech reps, a gentlemen by the name of Kyle. The exchange was very professional. No arrogance or condescension, just clear comms on what my issue was and what they could do to resolve it. I vetted some other shops in the area as well. Linx 8 pricing was very reasonable in comparison. I believe a big part of that was the free diagnostic on my computer. In many other tech shops, a diagnostic, by itself, will run you upwards of $40 to $50. So that was already key indicators in terms of value add. Also, the work they do on your computer is automatically covered under warranty, so that was reassuring as well. Full disclosure: at the time of writing this, I'm still having them trouble shoot an issue on a computer they worked on for me, but it's very minor. However, the original work they did for me was solid, and the customer service was top notch (very consumer-centric), which, in my experience, is key in these sorts of things. So, for all the reasons mentioned above, I'd definitely recommend giving them a go if you're having any computer issues. The owner, Ali, is also very understanding, and threw some stuff in free of charge to get the job done. If you go here, you'll likely get more value than you paid for.

Probably the worst I've ever seen in aftermarket screens. The colors are awful - whites look like yellows and the blacks aren't sharp. I went back and was told that the reason the screen quality was poor is because it's the black phone... doesn't make sense as I compared to other black iPhone and their aftermarket screens were far superior If you want your phone to maintain its clarity and quality, i would avoid this place. The mall serves you at the same price with a much better product
