Marcus is a great listener, a customer service representative must have that distinct quality, that's why Marcus was able to offer alternative selections. Marcus worked hard to deliver exemplary customer service that concluded with a sale. At checkout they have a monitor that informs you of what register you are to step to. It speaks the number. Your delivery team showed up 1.5hrs after the scheduled time, so now they were in a rush to get the job done and go. The range cane damaged in the back and they told me the store would refund me some money and on top of that they didn't install the range level. It slants to the back. Now I have to take it out and make it level. When I paid the $209 delivery and intslallation charge, I expected on time delivery and proper installation, not this unpleasant experience.
