Most recently I contacted them several times for a prescription change. The only thing I needed was to change my GLP to a different application. Same medication just a different form to use. I called twice and also made a visit to the office. Three times they said they sent a note to doctor (McDowell) and someone would call me. Never heard anything from them. Sent a note to the doctor in the Patient Portal. Still no response. They are not the only doctors in town and so I left to go someplace else where I felt valued and heard. Noticed after leaving they finally changed the medication ... reallly ... it took them 30 days to make a small change. but I'm done. My New doctor had no problem filling my medication as requested. I know patients come and go so that's what I did.. LEFT!

During my introductory visit, my vitals were checked and a detailed health history was taken. Dr. Harrington asked me to elaborate on some of my history and both he and his nurse/PA (Latonya Williams) acted as if they had all the time in the world to address my concerns and questions. I am confident should any health issues arise, they will be address quickly and taken care of thoroughly (I am approaching 60 so yes, there will be issues at some point). My 85 year old mother (difficult to please on occasion) now sees Dr. Harrington and "adores" him. I can definitely recommend Dr. Harrington should you be looking for a family doctor.

Dr. Kin seems very dry when you first meet him, but once you've been in a few times his wit and caring attitude take over. He makes his point about your health without making you feel bad. The thing I really like (besides his nurse Melinda) is that Dr. Kin will send you to a specialist when he sees that something in your bloodwork is not quite right. For me, this helped discover an autoimmune disease that left untreated could have put me in dire circumstances. I highly recommend Dr. Kin aand his staff as your next family physician!

I've…read morenever had a long wait time, admin staff and nurses all super nice, and Dr. Voss is very down to earth and thorough. Her PA is also great. I don't feel rushed, and I feel like she is genuinely concerned about my well being and at find the cause of my symptoms, and not just treating the symptom it's self to get me out the door. New patient appointment takes a little while, but after that I've had no issues getting an appointment with either Dr. Voss or her PA rather quickly. In office lab also very convenient. Definitely recommend.

The front office and all nursing, and lab staff are excellent!! They run a timely schedule and I've never had to wait at all. I asked at 1025 if something had happened because I still hadn't been called back. I was told that this is normal and sometimes the wait is longer. I asked if I was getting a discount or not being charged. I was told no. I was called back by the nurse at 1030, she took my vitals and asked past medical information. Comment that I was annoyed because of the wait and I said yes. She finished and told me the doctor just went in to see another patient and will be in with me once she is done. 1044 and I still haven't seen the doctor. If you value patients, value their time. If you need 45 mins per patient then schedule your appointments accordingly. Very disappointed.

Ashley listens better than any other doctor/nurse practitioner I have ever met and always delivers a meticulously planned, tailored treatment plan according to my lifestyle & current situation. She genuinely cares about both your immediate and long-term health and well being. That's why ever since that day I first met Ashley, she has been my primary care physician. Lastly, aside from Ms. Cremisio, the entire staff here at the Ferry Farm practice, is top-notch.

My children have been seen by Dr. Goodlett for the last 10 years. She is amazing with my kids. The…read morenurses and office staff have always been so helpful when needing help with referrals and any questions that I've had. We always get in quick and appointments are easy to make with same day appointments available. I have also been with Dr. Harwood for about the same amount time and I love her. She's always ready for my thousand questions and helps me with anything I need. Appointments are sometimes hard to get but not always. Sometimes I may be trying to get through and it can take a minute but the office staff have always been great. We love the doctors we've seen and Pratt and appreciate them very much. We totally recommend.

Now that the pandemic has eased, they won't take my children stating that it has been too long since their last appt and can no longer be considered patients. After 20 years of using all Pratt Medical doctors, no one in my family is with Pratt anymore.

Extremely bad customer service, extremely long waiting periods, incompetence, and worst part, is that you don't even get to see a doctor here... most of the time you're seen by a nurse practitioner. Whe I called to complain about their bad service, their office manager basically blamed their bad service because of Obama Care... Really?

They support holistic approaches and truly focus on treating underlying conditions and not just symptoms but they are impossible to get a hold of to get prescriptions refilled. The office number says they don't accept prescription refill requests over the phone but if they answer then they "do" only for them to not send the prescription to the pharmacy for weeks. You have to hound them over and over for days, get an appointment and remind the doctor three or four times in order to get my simple blood pressure medications and insulin refilled. The care is good even though the office is dreary, dull and outdated but the prescription refill process is a catastrophe.
