From the very first tour, my husband and I were in awe of how professional the staff was and how clean and organized the center appeared. In my mind, it was the perfect fit for a Type A parent like myself. I first met Ms. Andrea, who was simply delightful and soft-spoken. I shared my expectations as a parent, and she truly listened. I told her that as long as my child was treated with respect, communication remained open--even for the slightest concern--and transparency was maintained, she wouldn't hear a peep from me. Ms. Andrea and Ms. Yahira have exceeded my expectations in every way. Not only do they treat my child with respect, but they genuinely love her and have taught her so much in such a short time. My issue, and it's the main reason I'm leaving the review (and the reason I moved my son to a different school) is because another kid in his class and the school gaslighting me about it. My son had mentioned a kid hitting him, which we mentioned to his teacher. When I dropped him off one morning, another mom & I watched the kid headbutt two girls, who one of which started crying. She brought it to the directors attention and her daughter ended up getting kicked out. I brought it to her attention as well, and I was told that event never happened. The child's mom works up front, so they told us both that something didn't happen that we saw happen. As well, the owner, Lisa, is extremely argumentative. She told me to get my son to class at 8:30am instead of earlier to ensure his teacher would be there, and his teacher didn't show up until after 8:30am daily. Her response was, "well I guess I should've told you 8:45". My son is so much happier in his new school, as are my husband and I.

The specific playgrounds for each age group are full of awesome age appropriate outdoor fun! Ms.Gena and Ms.Emily are incredible. They make drop offs on morning that Jackson is in a bit of a mood easy. They care so much and always remember to tell me how he did during the day (if he napped, how he ate, etc). Jackson was not feeling well one day and I came to pick him up early. They had him cuddled up in his blanket comforting him.
