I was very concerned about make-up because I wear so little regularly and I wanted to make sure I looked like myself on my wedding day. After speaking with Ali on the phone, I was confident she knew what I wanted and she delivered! She was very professional but also very fun to talk to. She gave tips along the way and the make-up lasted all night without showing signs of happy tears, kisses and lots of hugs. Andrea Boyer did hair and she, too, was incredible. I showed her a few photos and she made my hair even prettier than the photos. It was so me and stayed intact all night, even after my somewhat intense dancing! The three of us who had our hair done all got what we wanted and looked amazing. She was so great she even helped another friend who couldn't figure out how to curl her own hair. I went back to see the hair stylist and she said she did not know what I was talking about. I felt like I was gas-lit and after a $350 plus tip experience I will not be going back. They were so much fun to work with. In other weddings we've attended, sometimes machines break down or they run out of paper (I know, what?!) But we didn't have any of these issues. Additionally, they sent us a super cute photo box with a USB of our photos and a lot of the print outs! One piece of advice I have for any couple is to have a mirror around, or ask your photographers to see yourself before the photos begin. Simply because my bangs didn't look as good as I wish they did. Oh well, the photos still turned out great and I loved the little details that made their photos even more romantic It was such a pleasure working with them and I would def recommend them to anyone. We're pretty laid back and didn't have a lot of specifications about what we wanted and Justin was just so comfortable taking the lead. He made us feel at ease in front of the camera and captured so many beautiful candid moments of us and our guests. We had two 80 person ceremonies, a traditional Indian one and an American one. Both nights, Justin hustled to get every shot we didn't even know we wanted. His energy is so much fun to be around and all out guests made comments about how hard he worked and how friendly he is. Saying the pictures turned out beautiful is an understatement. They are more than we could have asked for. Going with Inner Song was absolutely the best decision we made!

I found her on Facebook and she was stating how she was a stay at home mom who moved to hendersonville and wanted to contribute to her family and get back to her passion. So I appreciated that and wanted to support her as a working mom. I sent her a photo of what I was wanting and asked her if she could do it and she ensured me she could. She said it would take a few appointments because my hair was dark and I wanted it like the photo. I found that comforting because everything I read stated it would take a few appointments and to steer clear of stylist that would promise in one appointment because they're probably not too experienced. I went the first time got highlights, the second time my hair was kind of orange looking and she said it's part of the process so I didn't stress it too much. The third appointment is where things went very very bad. She put the bleach on, as she's applying it I stress to her I'm in the military and it needs to look natural up and down because I have to wear my hair in a bun for work. She went in the house to check on her 2 year old and ate lunch and came out back to her shed and washed and dried my hair. As she was blow drying I could see my hair breaking off and flying around the shed. My hair looked nothing like I asked, was all one color, so damaged, bad roots etc There was a customer waiting for her hair cut so I didn't want to address my damaged and super bleached, nothing like the goal hair issue in front of a customer. I went home reached out to her and stressed that I can't go to work like this. That it's way to bleached and resent the photo asking her to fix it. She blew me off, asked to reschedule my son and husbands haircut appointment until a later date, and told me to book on her website for a day the filling week.... I Facebook messaged and text her. If that wasn't bad enough when I left the review on her Facebook page along with photos...she had a friend from out of the state comment on my review. When I called her out on it and posted supporting photos of my interaction with Nikki, she had the post deleted and shortly after disabled her comments. I find this very unprofessional and just want people to proceed with caution. My hair is breaking off and is severely damaged because of Nikki. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
