I've been a client at this salon for years but have recently come to reluctantly and sadly admit I can no longer get my haircut there. I am of an age group where I am at higher risk for Covid related illness and additionally I am immune compromised. I have wanted appointments where I could wear a mask during my services but this request was treated in an aggressively unpleasant way by the salon owner's own daughter. This individual has given the impression she is against vaccination as well as allowing others the choice to mask for their own safety. Her attitude made my appointment very uncomfortable. There are zero Covid safety protocols in place in this salon and almost no one masks even during the recent outbreaks. This may not impact other folks in the slightest but if you are immune compromised and trying to find a salon that acknowledges/accommodates and takes Covid precautions- avoid, avoid, avoid. I don't mind what people's personal beliefs are but when they influence my experience at a business and potentially impact my health? The risk -in my opinion- isn't worth it. I'd rather give my money to people who are at least open to the idea of allowing people to take precautions against infectious disease if the CDC advises their risk group to do so. Two stars because I really loved and appreciated the times I had my hair done at this salon before Covid- before things got so crazy and, at this establishment, just downright angry. read more

I recently moved to Hendersonville. The first salon I went to, they absolutely ruined my hair. It was awful and I knew getting it back would be a long process. Long story short, I had long light brown hair and I left with super dark brown, short hair...I wanted my roots done and a haircut. So, I scheduled a consultation with Erika and was put at ease immediately. I have already had two appointments with her and the results are fantastic! Needless to say I have found my new salon. Do NOT come here. Unless you want your hair to be melted off and to gain blisters on your scalp on top of NOT GETTING THE COLOR YOU ASKED FOR. The owner refuses to give a refund for the mistakes her "stylists" have done to me. This was for my wedding and now I have hair I never asked for and some of it was melted or burned off in the back. I don't see the high stars. No one rude, but not especially overly welcoming. I was greeted and told to have a seat. No offer of a beverage. My low stars come from the horrible/ barely there haircut I received. Erica ( new at cutting hair) needs more practice. She should not be charging $35 at this point-- she is not worth it. Great clips does a better job. She listened to what I wanted, saw the pic I brought, but did something very unlike what we discussed or what was pictured. She spent more time putting crappy drying product in my hair and drying my hair and walking around my head than cutting. She BARELY cut off anything! A complete waste of my time and money. She's nice, sweet, but the talent is not there. read more

I LOVE my haircut! Getting here was a breeze, there is plenty of parking and the salon is accessible for pretty much anyone (handicap, etc). The salon is clean, bright and looks recently remodeled and wonderful! Rachel was really easy to talk to and gave me exactly what I wanted, even though I didn't have any photo references for the cut. I had bust-length hair with a pink/purple ombre and she cut around it to give me a super chic slightly angled bob and trimmed my bangs. I still have a little bit of color in my hair, but the way she cut around it makes it look like I got it intentionally colored for my cut. I just got back to work in DC from the Thanksgiving holiday today and my boyfriend, coworkers, people in the street, cannot stop complimenting my haircut! I am absolutely thrilled with the way it turned out and am definitely going to be coming back to get my hair cut with Rachel again. Thank you! read more

I specifically requested my 4 inch new hair growth not be highlighted and mixed colors. I specifically requested roots be bleach to light blonde and the rest of my hair be toned and as my hair grew out no repeated bleaching sessions over already bleached hair would be needed. I asked for blonde hair and the hair stylists refused and did whatever they wanted. My hair is orange, brown, gray, bleach blonde 6 inches were cut off when I asked for 4. The owner told me since hair stylists won't do what I ask of them to maybe consider something else. I asked for platinum blonde on healthy new growth hair and they ruined my hair and then told me I shouldn't get my hair bleached. You don't go to get your nails done ask for red nail polish and the nail technician decides to put black on your nails and when you complain the owner tells me you not to ask for red nail polish. This is the same concept except acetone can remove color. When you improperly bleach someone's hair it's ruined forever. 4 different colors in my roots. They ruined my hair. Completely unprofessional and the owners response was more than unreasonable. I begged the girls to not leave brown leave streaks multi color they ensured me and even showed me a photo of what my hair would look like. read more

Can't believe there are no Yelp reviews because this place is great! My sad, processed hair needed a trim, but I'm getting married in a few weeks, so I didn't want to lose length. Connie listened to what I needed and took her time to make a perfect game plan. She cut off the perfect amount, and styled my hair so well! She's a champion of the blow dry curl- setting it with a round brush so it looks more natural and beach-y than a curling iron. Style lasted, and cut is fantastic. read more
