This gym has some qualities that could use improvement…read more Pros: - Great coaches - Good programming - Big space - Newer equipment - Great location - Variety of classes (Kids, Crossfit, Olympic Lifting) Cons: - A LOT of drama - Owner lacks coaching abilities yet coaches (Not L 1 certified) - Certain coaches are late to class and members have had to open in the past - Not a positive environment for feedback (owner will say you are a "cancer" if you disagree with something that is happening at the gym) - Open gym times are not reliable and there is no programming on Sunday's - Many women have complained of being inappropriately hit on by the owner, resulting in them leaving the gym

What can I say about 732 Crossfit?…read more My experience working out at 732 Crossfit has been nothing short of exceptional.  I bounced around from Corp gym to gym and was hesitant to change but it has been the best decision! This is my 4th year at 732. I have a new attitude about working out and the environment there is stimulating.  The equipment, facility and restrooms are clean. I have told many friends and family about working out there because I love the camaraderie. Jerry, the Owner, made the transition easy and he makes you feel very at home and welcome when you walk in. Also it is great to see the owner on the property and participating in the operation of the facility. He sincerely cares about your performance and wants to see you improve and succeed. Veronica is an amazing person and beautiful soul. She truly adds even more value with her warmth as well as her ability to correct any injury or improper techniques. I love this place not just for the professionalism and coaching, but for the family dynamic Jerry and Veronica have created.  Whenever I am going thru a hard time personally, I can always count on them to lift my spirits. Love you all!!!  I love 732 Crossfit! Coaches go out of their way to make sure you have perfect form to prevent injury. My weight has gone down and my strength has increased significantly since joining in 2013. The coaches have also educated me on proper nutrition which has helped lower my blood pressure and cholesterol. I recommend trying this gym and see for yourself. Time to get pumped!

Overall, I really appreciate being a member of this gym…read more The cons: what other yelpers have already said-- the cost is very high in comparison to other local gyms and the other chains (Retro, Work Out World). The facilities are somewhat out of date, however, the staff does work hard to ensure that they are well maintained. The pro's: The staff members are awesome- trainers, front desk greeters, and most notably, the class instructors. I've been a member of many gyms prior to starting here, and was always intimidated at taking classes. However, starting at The Club, I was able to jump right in, take classes, and it was thanks to the instructors. Caesar and Celita are by far the best instructors that I've encountered- they have both the high energy, enthusiasm, and dynamic personality to engage a class full of people and keep them coming back. I've met great people within the classes, and it always feels like a group effort. I've also done my son's birthday party at The Club, and it was a great experience as well. The pricing for that was great-- I think we spent $150 for a birthday party, which you can't find anywhere else. My son had a blast playing with his friends, and the girls who hosted the party were engaging and enthusiastic. Overall, I think this is a great gym, and I'm glad to be a member. For me, I justify the expense with ensuring that I am coming to the gym often, and making full use of the facilities. If you're just looking for a place to pop on a treadmill three times a month, then no, this probably isn't your gym.

I also loved that they had a sauna & steam room, I used the sauna after my yoga class. There's also plenty of parking which is always a plus to me.

Very peaceful atmosphere and such great instructors. Definitely has helped me maintain peace of mind and it can be a good workout too! Debbie's warm sessions on Mondays are great if you're new or want to feel it out. If I get a friend to come for their first time, I usually tell them to take a warm class along with me. Melissa's Yummy Yoga sessions will keep you smiling, laughing and sweating (very yummy!). And Janice's sessions helped me focus on my breath so I can relax into poses that I didn't think I can do (or still working on doing lol). She gives a lot of individual attention as well to make sure you're practicing correctly to prevent any injury. Which is good because I'd be tumbling and falling all over the place without her direction. Can't wait to try out all the other classes. :) See that? Feel like I've said so much. Just gooo! Bring a bottle of water & a towel. Relaaaax. You won't regret it. Have fun & feel all the love!

I had an issue with my account which they rectified immediately upon my emailing them. Shana's class is really good and challenging. I wish they'd make it hotter though especially when the description says 90-100. If the schedule had more options I'd definitely pay to come more often but unfortunately there's not many classes. Overall I would recommend.
