I simply can't say enough good things about this place. It simply does not get better than this place. Period. The selection and the people!!!!! They are simply THE BEST. Period. The people--ALL of them--are beyond nice and so caring and helpful. I can't count how many times I've been here and I've never once had an experience that wasn't absolutely wonderful. They take their time and truly care to help you find what you're looking for, and that says a lot when you consider the hundreds, if not thousands of different options between flavors, brands, and then the actual type of product! I've tried vape shops in a number of other cities including Chicago, Seattle, NYC and SF and Ive never found a place that even remotely compares to Towson Vaporium. I've been Yelp elite for I think 8 years (so I review and check in to a lot of different businesses) and if I had to make a top 5 list, of all time, this place would be on it!!

While one finds this standard in the industry, its insulting when there is less that four boxes of cigars in the store to select from. The staff (3 on shift why) seem to think its going to turn around and that new product is coming. Sadly while one would hope, this has been the state of affairs going on a year plus. All that has occured in that year is the closing of the other three stores and the dimisihment of the last one. I after decades of patronage i am giving up and going elsewhere. Any alternative choice of a cigar store you make in the Baltimore market will be an improvement.

One hopes that they will be able to get more inventory in since they've reduced their bills down to what a single store accrues, but it seems like the management is still oblivious to the causes of their downfall. I understand the hardship that comes with running a smoking business in this day and age, but many companies have battled the changes of the time and -most importantly- adapted to them. Fader's has not. Fader's will die because they think it's still the 1990s, and it's a shame. It used to be the flagship of Maryland, and was what got me into the wonderful world of cigars and pipes. I've spent a lot of money at their business, but there is no longer anything in their store to buy. It will be missed when the last door is finally locked.
