I used to trust Dr. Harris with my family's care, but my experience following a recent adjustment has left me deeply concerned and disappointed. After a routine adjustment in March, I suffered a stroke caused by a vertebral artery dissection--something the medical professionals treating me believe resulted from that adjustment. I have no family history or risk factors for stroke. I am only 35 years old, with a husband and five children, and the impact this has had on my health (mental and physical), independence, and family life has been life-altering. What's even more troubling is what followed the extremely painful neck adjustment. Dr. Harris performed stroke assessments immediately after the adjustment because of the pain it caused but failed to document this in my medical records. When I asked for a transparent explanation and a complete record of that visit, I was told I would not receive any further written communication. Despite our long-standing patient-provider relationship, my concerns were met with dismissal and a refusal to take responsibility or engage in meaningful conversation. This experience has been not only traumatic and life altering but deeply disappointing coming from someone I once trusted with my health. I was so incredibly lucky to find Ken and Cam, who went out of their way to put together an action plan to "fix" a pretty dire situation and avoid surgery if at all possible. After just a month, I had substantial improvement and was able to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Cam and Ken made sure to see how I was feeling, pushed me to have a positive outlook and would intently listen to every complaint, fear, new pain and lift me up when I would get discouraged. Their consistent cheerful attitudes and jokester personalities made physical therapy something to look forward to. After 4 months they were like family. I was able to be discharged with home exercises and I actually miss seeing them every week!

The atmosphere is less than professional, I went in there cause I have major back pain from a surgery that it's gone wrong and I don't wanna have another surgery and I'm trying to get some help with that and have been there for five visits and have gone backwards in my care. This place should not be allowed to have so many patients per PT because there's no individual care you don't get the programs that you really need. They don't tell you if you're doing your exercise correctly because they're off helping the other person. They just set a timer and walk away. It is amazing their system and it's loud and obnoxious in there and people that are in pain Don't normally think that's a cool thing.
