I went to another clinic after learning who runs this place and the same injection service I was getting at NW Accident for $3,151 was actually $374 at a reputable clinc. I was a patient of this clinic for nearly 1 year. I had around 35 appointments. I was charged 27 THOUSAND DOLLARS. The staff was kind and professional. The issues arose when a fake accident claim was filed with my auto insurance by an imaging provider. Northwest denied involvement yet the provider produced proof they had sent the wrong billing info. The attorney started reviewing the billing with the office and called to advise I consider seeking treatment elsewhere - I told her I would start researching but wasn't ready to make a change. I had about 6 future appts so started searching for another provider and in the meantime attended my next appointment. The usual front desk person was not there and a very aggressively postured young man came up from the back and started barking at me asking me who I was, and what I wanted. I provided my name and he said "you don't have ANY appointments HERE". I asked his name and position - "Ben, Director of Operations"...later he added he was part owner. I was puzzled and asked why....his viewpoint was "my attorney had cancelled all appointments". He then ignored me and went back to his office. Be very cautious if a law firm steers you here, the kindest thing I can say is it appears to be operating suspiciously.

I'm nearly done with the 10 Series of Structural Integration and I've found it to be incredibly helpful. I leave every session more aware of my body, more relaxed and mentally focused. It's not a beat you into submission situation but she certainly could as she is very strong and has excellent technique. However that's not what it is. This is body work. I don't feel exhausted afterwards. I feel refreshed. Like after yoga or PT but more relaxed.
