Was sent a message that my dog needed extra vaccine so concerned I called the vet long story shot he is to old to have needed it that's why they had not sent me a reminder so then I get another request from the kennel that he needs another shot meanwhile I just left vets office. Which is very hard to get into and cost a lot of money. So the lady I was talking to just kept running me around with such a flipped attitude like it was no big deal. The vet kept telling he does not need it and I kept telling her in order to board him they said he needs it all together my dog just got the wrong shot for nothing. And then had the nerve to call after we just Left the vet and said he needed a different shot. What? And with it being last minute I have been unable to find another boarder. I really hate when good business let 1 person ruin the whole operation.

Our dog has obviously been bathed and vetted, and was in good overall health. The staff was gracious and friendly, and told us everything they could about our pet, even giving us a room and a couch to sit on and bond with him. I cannot recommend this shelter highly enough. Absolutely false as I took to the vet because she wasn't going. Vet told me she had kidney failure and cancer and recommended putting her out of pain. I told little victories this and said please check with the vet. They wouldn't go to the trouble and denied me. Be wary of this misinformation clinic that would rather an animal suffered instead of doing what's right. I love animals. Stop donating to this place if you are. Thanks Pete Anderson
