Would give this 0 stars if I could. The faculty never got back to me. They TEXTED me once and never again. Don't bother calling because they never answer. Purchased and Groupon and got a refund. Company should be taken off of Groupon as they never contact you back. Good luck staying in business at this point. read more

A received a great massage yesterday from Michael. He really listened to my problem areas and my desired amount of pressure. I loved the moves he used on my shoulder blades and shoulders. The set-up was decent for a strip mall. I have another appointment for three weeks out and am also going to try their chiropractor. If it works out I might try to figure out how to make it a monthly thing and sign up for their membership. My only complaint is that I must say that I'm awfully achy. I bought a Groupon for two massages. I worked with the staff to setup an appointment, no problem. I was called about 15 minutes prior to my massage appointment (I was already on my way) and told that they got a late start and they would be 5 minutes late, 10 minutes at the most. I told them that was fine. I went in and no one was around. I waited 20 minutes and left. I saw no one during that time. I called Groupon and got a refund. I don't know much about this business, but it seems like a huge scam. I highly recommend going somewhere else. read more

This place was great. The person that took care of me was very nice and professional. Since it was my first time he explained everything to me, and made me feel comfortable. The massage it self was incredible. I waited a few days just to see if I could see a difference and I can, I feel great. The prices are lower then other places I have seen and it was worth it. Get the spa package. Let me add the place was definitely clean, that was the first thing I checked. Over all I gave them a 5 star, and I will be back. read more

My boyfriend and I recently came here for a couple's massage and scrub. Although the shop is in a little strip mall, when you walk in you are greeted by a calm atmosphere and friendly, knowledgable massage therapists. I had Colleen and really appreciated the care she took. The massage was wonderful and they tailored the massage to our personal needs. She worked a long time on my shoulders and neck, and after the appointment even showed me a few stretches to help during the day! The scrub was tops. I especially loved the hot towels they used to wipe it off. Overall, I would highly recommend. read more

The staff knows what they are doing, tolerate my snoring, address the problem areas while I'm passed out and don't need any guidance. This was a very underwhelming and disappointing experience. i've had a few good massages before and this would not be one of them. To begin, we did not get our massage started until 30 minutes after our scheduled appointment. My friend and i paid for a 90 minute spa package (fully body massage and mini facial) and we only got an hour service. not only was our time cut short, the whole massage seemed very rushed and the facial we received should not be considered a facial at all. When we complained about our loss of time that we paid for they did not see very willing to help and frankly, my friend and i really just wanted to leave. The exterior left me a little wary, but once inside I felt very comfortable with the therapist and everything was very professional!! It's clean inside and out, but near a thrift store and other strip center stores. In not very familiar with Indiana, so I didn't know context for that area of town. Apparently the person who runs this business has issues and does not deal with the public well. The services are fine, but I had given a GROUPON gift certificate to someone who had been there 2 years ago... (I was totally unaware that she had been there before with a groupon) The manager accused her of gifting it to herself and trying to get another Groupon deal. He would not let her use the Groupon. She was very embarrassed, as was I. I have had to ask for a refund. NOT GOOD BUSINESS practices. I would not recommend and "deals" with this business. read more

This is hard to give a review when I can't book an appointment. I had a great FB conversation with the owner about a prenatal massage. They were going to honor a Groupon I found. However, to book an appointment, you pretty much have to call, leave a message and wait for a return call. The first call I received was about 7:30 in the evening, which is late in my house. I was putting my dd to bed, so I couldn't answer. I sent him a message on FB saying I could be reached the next day. I got a call the next day but missed the call because I was pumping gas (phone was in the car). I immediately tried to call back and received their vm again. They did not leave a vm for me to tell me how to proceed. I have never heard from them again. I pretty much decided that setting up an appointment should not be this much work. I will go somewhere I can easily reach a person and easily book a date. read more
