Hired Rob for a birthday party for about 50 people and he didn't disappoint! I was so impressed by, first of all, Rob himself - he remembered EVERYONES name, interacted with the guests in a humorous and friendly way, made people feel comfortable and helped gel the party! We hired Rob to perform at our office holiday party in Dec of 2017. I initially found him via gigmasters and he had excellent ratings but I came to Yelp to cross reference and his reviews were just as good! Since our party took place on a Thursday and he didn't have anything booked that evening, he was able to work with us on our budget for a very fair price! He even went above and beyond by sending over extra marketing materials when we were looking for quotes which made him stand out from the crowd. Two words: CROWD PLEASER Rob was awesome! I found him through gigmasters and after looking at several other performers I knew I really wanted to book him for our company holiday party. His quote was a little more than our budget would allow but Rob worked with us and was able to accommodate our date, time and budget. I got contacted by quite a few performers and I was very happy that Rob was not pushy like some of the others were. He let me know his availability and sent over a contract and we booked right away. The day of he arrived right on time, the venue was a little tighter than we originally anticipated but he was able to make do with the space we gave him. He set up got everything he needed in order and the timing was perfect. He provided an hour show for 70 people and everyone was thoroughly amused. He also made sure to work the crowd and get participants from every area of the room, made sure everyone could see and hear him and he adapted well to disruptions such as waiters bringing plates of food out during the show and us eating. I booked a small private room at a restaurant in Agoura Hills for my wife's 60th birthday dinner. There were 10 of us (5 couples) and I thought it would be fun to have a magician come to do some close up magic. After speaking with a few, I felt really good about Rob.
